I did not realize this was a third-party ticket purchase and ended up paying double for the price of the tickets. I am very unhappy, and I will make sure not to have this happen again.
I really didn't know I was purchasing tickets from an individual who had already purchased them! They paid $45 and I paid $120? If I knew that I wouldn't have bought them!
Website is easy to navigate and there was a lot of useful information about site and surrounding area. However I ordered seats 4 & 6 for section Z, but received Section U, seats 38 & 40. Have contacted customer service and awaiting response. Tickets did come 14 days ahead of promised date,

No tickets sent right away like other sites, and you might even have to wait for your tickets the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! Had I known this ahead of time I never would've used this shady site. As I have anxiety and panic disorder, I 'm not coping very well without having my tickets. Never, ever going to use this site again!
Owning my own mistake, but overlooked the fact that this is a ticket marketplace with inflated prices. Long story short, I could have bought 6 tickets (great seats) for the price of the 2 tickets I bought from TicketsOnSale had I bought directly from venue.
It was not what I expected due to you impersonating the Wilson center website. I ended up calling the Wilson center box office and they had NO records showing my purchase. Also the fact your ticket prices were greatly inflated for the two tickets I got. The transaction has already cleared my bank account and would prefer to cancel the order and be refunded the full price!

It was very easy and straight forward everything was easy to see and the map shows you where you are sitting compared to the stage.
This is my first time using TicketsOnSale. The purchase process was smooth. I thought the information was presented clearly. So I placed my order, received a confirmation email and reconfirmed that I got it. What I have not yet done is receive my tickets which will be coming by email when we are closer to the event.

The tickets I bought were nearly double that of other sites. I should have checked more carefully. I believe TicketsOnSale is incredibly overpriced and extorts their customers. I also think their "no refund" policy is ridiculous.

It was difficult to know where I actually bought tickets. Section 405 Right (or Left) center. But could not see how far up/down row P is and I still don't know which 2 seats I purchased…..
I don't have a printer and it says I have to print tickets... I know I'm in row P... but the map didn't show me where row P is... Seems like it should show me where row P is compared to row A or row U...
