Tickets for Death Cab for Cutie in Phoenix and meeting the kids for the show. We're from WA, easy transaction for 6 club tickets all together. The pricing was fair I'd say for a transfer purchase and the tickets were sent directly and now in my wallet. I've had some sketchy transactions over the years on the resale market, this was seamless.

I foolishly didn't pay attention to the cost and was thinking it was more of a legit site, like Ticketmaster and stub hub, but they're unfortunately charging you double, it's really my own fault.
I have yet to receive my tickets. I have received confirmation that I will - so I am hoping. But the price quoted has ended being approx $100 Can dollars MORE. Buyers need to be careful as the prices are US dollars.
I am hoping my purchase will actually occur as from reading your reviews they are not all that positive. I don't think I can review anything as I want to wait until I actually get the tickets.
My only complaint is that I have to wait to receive the tickets.
If I would have known about this before the purchase - I may not have used the service.

I thought I was purchasing my tickets from Heights Theater directly for the May 9 concert, paid $204 for 2 general admission seats. I discovered too late that the tickets were $35 ea. When I printed my tickets, the price on the tickets show $27 each. I am all for making a profit for offering good service and convenience, but charging 350%? Not a happy customer. Had I lived in Houston rather than traveling from Colorado, I would have gone to the theater's box office and purchased my tickets in person.
My experience was okay overall, but I found the process a bit complicated, it was a bit confusing, but in the end the ticket worked as expected.
I ordered my tickets by mistake and chatted with customer support within a minute after placing the order. I was unable to cancel my order.

I didn't realize I was on a resale site until after the purchase. I realized I had paid double what they were charging directly on AXS.
It was quick and easy to purchase the tickets, but I don't like not having them until the day before the concert. I bought a specific seating location on purpose. What if they show up at the last moment and are not correct?
I've sent several emails asking the following:
1. Are the seats together?
2. Why are tickets not transferred earlier than day before
I read a few reviews that implied tickets were never delivered day before or on day of event creating very upset purchasers as tickets were gifts. Would like a response.

I reached out to cancel my order prior to recieving confirmation of my tickets. The helpdesk (live operator) said it was not possible because my order was confirmed. My order was confirmed AFTER i requested cancellation. Not happy about that.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
