I didn't realize I was on a resale site until after the purchase. I realized I had paid double what they were charging directly on AXS.
It was quick and easy to purchase the tickets, but I don't like not having them until the day before the concert. I bought a specific seating location on purpose. What if they show up at the last moment and are not correct?
I've sent several emails asking the following:
1. Are the seats together?
2. Why are tickets not transferred earlier than day before
I read a few reviews that implied tickets were never delivered day before or on day of event creating very upset purchasers as tickets were gifts. Would like a response.

I reached out to cancel my order prior to recieving confirmation of my tickets. The helpdesk (live operator) said it was not possible because my order was confirmed. My order was confirmed AFTER i requested cancellation. Not happy about that.
There were a few steps to confirm my order and now this review request, yet I haven't actually received the tickets yet or been to my performance. I'm trusting it will all be fine, but it seems like more steps than necessary.

Website is easy to navigate and there was a lot of useful information about site and surrounding area. However I ordered seats 4 & 6 for section Z, but received Section U, seats 38 & 40. Have contacted customer service and awaiting response. Tickets did come 14 days ahead of promised date,

My purchase included the section and the row but did not list the 4 seats that I purchased. Hopefully that will arrive when the tickets arrive.

No tickets sent right away like other sites, and you might even have to wait for your tickets the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! Had I known this ahead of time I never would've used this shady site. As I have anxiety and panic disorder, I 'm not coping very well without having my tickets. Never, ever going to use this site again!
Owning my own mistake, but overlooked the fact that this is a ticket marketplace with inflated prices. Long story short, I could have bought 6 tickets (great seats) for the price of the 2 tickets I bought from TicketsOnSale had I bought directly from venue.
It was not what I expected due to you impersonating the Wilson center website. I ended up calling the Wilson center box office and they had NO records showing my purchase. Also the fact your ticket prices were greatly inflated for the two tickets I got. The transaction has already cleared my bank account and would prefer to cancel the order and be refunded the full price!

It was very easy and straight forward everything was easy to see and the map shows you where you are sitting compared to the stage.
This is my first time using TicketsOnSale. The purchase process was smooth. I thought the information was presented clearly. So I placed my order, received a confirmation email and reconfirmed that I got it. What I have not yet done is receive my tickets which will be coming by email when we are closer to the event.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
