I appreciate thefact that this site provided us the opportunity to find seats next to each other for a concert that was almost full capacity. For that I was willing to pay the exorbitant added fee. I don't like that the seller will wait until the day before the concert to transfer the tickets. Something could go wrong on his end and we end up having paid for something we never enjoyed. This thing of a confirmation email without a transfer of paid tickets is nerve recking. I have to wait over a month to see my paid tickets. Makes no sense.
So fast that I still wonder if it's for real.
Very straight forward and pretty simple to navigate the process. Better than camping out in a line to buy tickets.

Why is it so hard to find my ticket in a email, every other site you get 2 emails and 1 of them has your barcode that's it
Experience was okay other than I get the tickets purchased and confirmation that I ouschased but it only says the section I bought the tickets No seat number or no row number and the really negative is they will send me via Emil the tickets on a later date instead of the day I purchased them ( I DEFINITELY DO NOT LIKE THAT)

I specifically went to the venue to purchase tickets, and I realize that I did not do my due diligence, but this was very sneaky. I chose my seats, paid,(again from a link when I searched for events on the Venue website). When I got a confirmation, it stated that I would receive my tickets before the 09/05/26 concert date. I was shocked! I have purchased many e-tickets and have always received them immediately.
Low and behold, customer service said I cannot cancel because they contract with individual sellers, blah, blah, blah... I found awful reviews even from the BBB.
Hope I get the tickets.

Difficulty in maneavering for older people plus too many ad emails for parking and surveys but no actual tickets that were prepaid!
I use a walker and oxygen. So handicapped seats aren't what I want, since I have no wheelchair to sit in. So I got regular seats and hope I can find a place for my walker

I had to sign into ticket master to locate the bar code. It was not an automated procEss when I purchased through the casino wedsite.
In my excitement at discovering that Kid Rock was touring, I quickly googled tickets and clicked on the first link thinking I was on Ticket Master. Imagine my dismay when I got the email from TicketsforSale stating my tickets would not be delivered until the day before the concert. But it gets worse. On Ticket Master the same row tickets were half the price AND 11th row tickets were cheaper than what I paid for upper level row GG. Hard lesson learned and I am out $420 for extremely overpriced tickets that may or may not arrive. Trying hard to still take some joy in the thought of (hopefully)seeing my favorite performer but want to warn others away from this site.

I had my sister buy these for me because they were supposed to be a surprise for my husband, we had no problems it was quick and went very smoothly she was even on a roadtrip while doing it

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
