I thought I would try your service and purchased 2 tkts to the 7/9 Santana concert. Then I found out that Ticketmaster is offering a free parking pass with purchase of tickets. Reported it to your customer support and found out the answer was no free parking pass but I could buy one. Accordingly I bought it from Ticketmaster
Have used other ticket vendors, and this process had the LEAST amount of steps for me to save the tickets. I honestly thought I had to do something else, but nope live tickets are on my phone.
I shouldnt have to wait to recieve tickets til the day before or day of the event. I do not care if you are third party. Yoh should be able to have hold of the tickets to deliver them upon purchase.

As a Canadian resident, purchasing tickets for a Canadian venue through the Canadian venue, with no mention at all about the transaction being in any currency other than Canadian, I was shocked when it was billed to my visa in US funds costing me almost double. Don't do business with these people, ever!
