Ordered my seat, received it very quickly. The whole experience shopping with JP cycles has always been great, never had any issues. Pricing is in line with everywhere else on most items. So overall a good experience and I will definitely be using JP cycles in the future.

Ordered replacement battery from Drag Specialties for 1975 Shovelhead. Lasted 11 months. Not even that really, chased problems all last fall... couldn't be a battery... So, I ordered the cheapest one I could find if the life is that short. We will see.

Confusing emails about shipping…. Its about to be delivered, it's just cleared AUS customs, again it's about to be deliver, it's just cleared US customs…. And then it's delivered the day after it is said to be in US customs?

I broke a mirror that was on my 1984 Magna V65 looked up J&P online and they had the exact Superbike GT left hand replacement to match my old right hand one. Delivered a few days for a grand total of $28.12. Very happy.

First time purchasing from J&P. Had to call to ask a question about the seat I wanted to purchase for my Harley. Customer service rep was great and knowledgeable of the product. Will definitely purchase from these guys again 💯

Points cover had screw holes in wrong position, now I get charged a shipping fee to send back and another shipping fee when I order the correct one. The part was marked exact match and didn't fit, will probably be shopping elsewhere from here on out

I damaged my front forks and caps by trying to remove and reseal the fork extensions I had previously installed. I found on a forum thread that the 49mm tubes from the Dyna Wide Glide would work on my Softail Breakout and give me the extra length I wanted. I also ordered heavy duty progressive springs and fork seals and heavy weight fork oil. All parts showed up a day earlier than the expected date and were in good shape despite the rough handling and damaged boxes by FedEx.

I purchased the Hogworks Locking hardware to deter anyone from stealing my tourpack. The fact that you could just release and take the tour pack off was a big concern as my pervious tourpack was permanently installed on the bike. These latches worked as advertised. They do come with the hardware needed to install. I did have to modify the bolt on the Advanblack docking hardware but other then that they work great and give me peace of mind if the bike is left unattended when I travel.
