I have a Tracker UTV and so many people have a hard time getting me service. We were able to cross reference my unit with a Arctic Cat model and order the OEM part needed. Installed and worked perfect, faster shipping and part arrival then a competitor.

I ordered some pretty random parts for an old atv I purchased as a project for my son. These items were packaged well and arrived at my door in a surprisingly fast timeframe. I am very impressed and will definitely be back for all of my atv needs.
I was surprised by the quick shipping and they had in stock what i needed.
The filter is the correct one, but it doesn't come with the two rub er seals that need to be replaced when you change it out. I bought one at napa which had both seals. I will probably just buy from napa due to this.
Chis the parts person went over and above to try and help me with my cable. He didn't have the one in his system, but he gave me a lot of information where to go look very pleased with this website.

My bolts were not in my package due to package being rippied open by a sorting machine fault, they made it right after contacting the support in less than 20 minutes. Replacement was shipped the same day's evening and im currently waiting for it. Nothing but 5 stars for you guys! Thank you

I paid for the expedited shipping and the package was shipped with the cheapest and slowest ground service possible with the least credible shipper, USPS.
The package has been now sitting for 4 days at the USPS warehouse without any progress.
Partzilla should use a more reliable shipping especially if they are charging for expedited shipping. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks on the part that said it was in stock when I placed the order.

For this order, the expedited (Rush) shipping option applies to in-stock items, which shipped immediately on 1/30 and were delivered within 2 business days (2/3). Items that were not in stock shipped separately once available, as outlined during checkout.
The second shipment was sent on 2/6 via USPS. While tracking updates can occasionally lag due to missed scans, the package is typically still moving through the carrier’s network. We understand how concerning delays and limited tracking can feel and truly regret the disappointment this caused.
Our team is always happy to review shipping concerns directly and assist however we can.
They had an issue with getting the SkiDoo parts from their distributor.
