Received the product as discribed in a fIr amount of time (Alaska). Arrived and bolted on perfectly. Very happy with the service provided and the product quality as well.
Very easy to choose a bar in order delivery reasonably fast not what it said. It was five days took more like two weeks, though I will complain about the box that the bars came in pretty beat up bars were almost falling out, but luckily they were covered with foam and no damage occurred, but that might not be the case all the time.
Easy order, great pricing, well packaged, and quick delivery. Nice shiny new handlebars. Five stars, great experience.

Found the parts I needed and price was fair
Overall I'm pleased although I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get my item. Once received the item had no instructions on how to properly install. After many google searches I found a somewhat similar items and a how to video. Still the delay wasn't entirely J&Ps fault and they do provide a discount code to me for future use. Overall I would use them again in the future.
I received the the lights and other item I ordered in a timely manner. They installed and worked just as described and appear to be just what was described. As long as they last as they should it'll be a really good experience.

Ordered replacement battery from Drag Specialties for 1975 Shovelhead. Lasted 11 months. Not even that really, chased problems all last fall... couldn't be a battery... So, I ordered the cheapest one I could find if the life is that short. We will see.

Confusing emails about shipping…. Its about to be delivered, it's just cleared AUS customs, again it's about to be deliver, it's just cleared US customs…. And then it's delivered the day after it is said to be in US customs?
