The bamboo blinds I ordered look much different in real life than the picture. There were no installation instructions or hardware. They were not easy to figure out. White string was used among white cords to lower the blinds-figuring out how to remove it without ruining the lift ability I have not figured out yet.

Bought for both our regular home as well as our 2nd home. Each order was perfectly packaged and arrived within a week. Follow the measuring and installation instructions and you have no problems.

Overall, the experience with selections has been great. The only issue that I experienced was difficulty with installation on my larger window. It was challenging to get the brackets lined up so that the shade was latched on to every bracket.

I would highly recommend if you need blinds you stop looking around and order from Select Blinds you will NOT be disappointed😀 Perfect fit and SO easy to install. I absolutely love the NO strings and the pull down push-up mechanism is fabulous. I had 2 extra large windows and 2 regular and I just love the look of these blinds! Ordered one 2" faux wood window blind to replace a big-box-store-brand blind that had become so dry and brittle that it broke when I was feather dusting it! Since my first order with Select Blinds many years ago, I have never bought blinds or sunshades anywhere else. Always pleased with orders being just as (or better) than described, precisely cut, made of high-quality materials, and shipped carefully. Highly recommend. I have ordered cellular blinds for an outdoor sunroom, UV and light blocking shades for small breezeway, cordless/tilt blinds for a living room, small custom-sized faux wood blinds for bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. All have been cut exactly to my measurements and made of the materials I've requested. Have saved with frequent sales and discount offers on particular categories.

My blind came and was a bit too short. A call to customer service, some verification of my measurements, and some photos, and then a new replacement blind was sent. Very happy with the service I received.

After three weeks of silence from the date of expected shipping, I called customer service for a status update. I was promised that I would receive an update within 24 hours by email which never happened. I called back a week later and received the same promise without any further contact.

Love my new window shades. The online store is easy to navigate and walks you through both the measuring and ordering process. The order was received within 2 weeks and installation was easy. They really make the room cozy. Would have liked to have the valance but it is not available with the motorization option. Have just placed another order for the kitchen

Customer service does not exist - i dont expect someone to read this and solve my problem. Is there any managment at this company?

As a customer I would say that the service is very good so far, even the product quality is usually good, except a few of them. Of course, I have to say that the price is a little too high for the product with its original price.

These window blinds look great and instantly made the room feel more polished. They were easy to install, and the smooth tilt control lets in just the right amount of light while still maintaining privacy. Overall, they feel sturdy and offer excellent value for the price.

I was in need of something once my apartment put the brightest light outside my bedroom window.Not knowing where to even start, the site walked me through it all. Some measurements, answer a few questions and bam. Less than a week later goodbye sleep mask and hello blinds. They work great were easy to hang. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Everything was great except for the clipping in of the blind onto the brackets. I had purchased the same product before and the clips holding the shade was much better at holding the shade and much easier to install.

Successfully color matched blinds I purchased 5-6 years ago. They hang in the same room and you. Cannot tell which is t he new blind or the older.

The smaller bounds are decent but the 5 foot blind has a sag in the lower bar aka a smile so it's not strong enough for the width
