This was our third order to Blindsgalore and all went well. The quality is apparent and the shipping was fast, once the packages cleared customs. Very happy with the shades we purchased.

Instruction quality is severely lacking

The brackets and rollers were labeled and numbered, but the hardware was not leaving it up to guessing which to use depending on whether you were installing over the frame or in the frame

I had a dual roller design and there was no guidance on spacing the tension device for the chain. This led to multiple holes being drilled in the window frame to re-space the two tensioners. There should have been guidance that the chain stops need additional clearance from the back of the window frame. Without any guidance, you can end up like me and have the chain move fine until a stopper needs to move through the tensioner.

This could be solved two ways:
1. Making the instructions more thorough
2. Providing a video for how to install this specific shade type. The video linked in the email for my order showed how to install a single roller shade on the outside of a frame. There might as well have been no video because there was no relevance to the installation steps I had to take.

I ordered shades for 23 windows in my house. They arrived ahead of the projected delivery date, every one was exactly as ordered, and the fit was perfect for every window. Great quality, great service, highly recommended!

Blindsgalore has an extensive array of blinds for every need. Their quality is obvious once you receive and examine all examples of their products.

Any time I called with questions anywho who I spoke to was helpful.
The blinds I ordered were really hard to open with the chain and the size of shades I wanted and their doesn't seem to be a solution but the customer service offered to find a replacement if we needed. I didn't end up doing that because I do like the look and quality, but appreciate the problem solving and easy communication.

We purchased 13 woven shades and three cellar shades for our new house purchase. The prices were reasonable and the quality on point. I was nervous of the measurements due to being inset mounts, but they were perfect.

This was the second house we opted to use Blindsgalore in - no regrets.

Excellent quality product at an extremely reasonable price. So happy to find out that Blindsgalore is basically Levelor. In my previous life I worked as a tradesman building and renovating homes. I am very familiar with purchasing and installing Levelor products and wondered what had become of them. Thank you Blindsgalore for reintroducing me to an excellent product!

I got custom blinds done for a kitchen window at a good price and ity fit perfectly. I called the office and was greeted warmly, staff (maybe the owner's daughter?)was professional and friendly.

I followed the measurement tips on the website and the blinds fit very well. Installation is easy compared to most other blinds I've installed. The quality and value are great and they look very nice. Operation is easy and I like that when they are raised they block so little of the window opening. I installed them in a room that gets full sun through the windows most of the day in summertime so I hope they insulate well when pulled down but I won't know until summer arrives.

I ordered blinds to replace 10 inch width blinds for the 11" windows on either side of my front door. I received a message from Blindsgalore stating that it was not possible to provide blinds as narrow as I needed. I responded that I was replacing existing blinds and 10" blinds for 11" windows was shown as available on the ordering site. Then I stated that I didn't need the blinds to raise or lower, just tilt. Blindsgalore representative then checked and stated that it was possible to provide blinds this wide since I didn't need them to raise or lower. I received the blinds and they are exactly what I need. Thanks!

I ordered a Vertical Cellular Shade blind for my patio after much research with chatgpt. I needed a blind that keeps the room cool and sun out of my kitchen in the afternoon and chatgpt recommended this as one of the companies. I ordered this blind and it arrived in 2 weeks, I found that the folds on the upper section were bent upon opening the boxes. I contacted the company via email. They sent a replacement blind right away, got it in 2 weeks time. Great customer service!

Website was easy to navigate. They also sent order updates on a frequent basis. We have been very happy with our blind and plan to purchase through Blinds Galore again.

We installed Blinds Galore in our entire achool of seven classrooms in 2019. Now we only occasionally need to order replacements when a blind cord fails or something else wears out. Teahcers are very happy with the overall durability and the room darkening characteristics of the blinds.

These shades are so pretty. I love the color and texture. They work really well. I have had some shades that did not operate well. I would recommend Blindsgalore to anyone.

The Roman shade that I got was very difficult to install. I would probably not recommend this to anyone plus the price was so high. I should've just bought a brand new door with lines inside it would've been cheap cheaper.
