Blinds came fairly quickly. The were perfectly sized and went up nicely. Look awesome. I would definely order again. Only complaint is I ordered them in light gray. They look more off white than gray. So I dont know if it didnt take when I selected the color or if your light gray is so light it has no hint of gray what so ever. I did put them up instead of returning as we had a gathering several days later and didnt want to be without them. But over all they are great.

Everything was easy, the measuring, the ordering process, the delivery, all of it was easy. I intend on buying 2 more as soon as I can afford them.

Have ordered from Blindsgalore for many both personal home and commercial projects. All very pleased with quality & experience but this last order was different. Ordered solar shades with valance a few months back for my home then ordered same product again a couple months later but the valance style changed. The first order had a curved valance while the most recent order is all right angles. Now have a home full of new solar shades but the valances vary. Nothing noted on website of change in style and customer service was no help.

Blinds arrived quickly! Great quality! Customer service made sure I was satisfied with the product. Will use again!

Product i ordered was great but took LONG time to arrive. When it did a complete package of mounting hardware was missing. I contacted customer service and they apologized and said they would update me on replacement in two days… 4 days later i contacted them and got no response so i ordered my own replacements at extra cost… 2 days after that my replacement parts showed up. A day later the parts i ordered separately showed up…. If only customer service would have updated me like they said they would i wouldn't have ordered replacement parts separately and at additional cost to me!

When customer service says… " I will update you"…they need to update you!

I made a measurement error on a recent purchase. I contacted them and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Only confirms why I have purchased from BG for so many years with full satisfaction.

All my life I bought horizontal blinds only to have my cat demolish them.
The vertical blinds allow the cat to look out the window and not damage the blinds.
I will order more for my other windows.

I'm a designer who was tasked with sourcing a single shade for an elderly couple, that would not be too expensive and blend with their other shades. This was the way to go and it arrived quickly, was installed and delivered just what they needed.

I have been wanting to update my blinds for a while, however my husband didn't like what we saw nor the prices associated with them. I saw that you had a sale and three of the blinds had broken, so I told him that we could try with just the 3 and if he didn't like them, we would continue to look elsewhere. After weeks of no blinds & windows without them, he said to try. He installed them and complained about the hardware was not well made, broke a nut or two but they were in. A couple weeks later he asked if I was going to get the other 6! Nine windows later & he likes them too.

I ordered 12 new cellular shades for a house I purchased and they install easily and look great. I had used Blindsgalore in the past for other window needs and were very satisfied with the product and the costs.

The blinds are good quality and came fast. We've had some trouble installing as we live in an old house. I would recommend talking to them about how the hardware works before ordering if you live in an old house with window trim that isn't made anymore.

This was from start to finish one of the finest experiences I've had. The ordering was made easy by the clear instructions on how to measure. After ordering we received our custom made blinds in a week! Now I'm very handy around the house but the ease of installation was mind boggling. If you are not a handy person in the home you won't have any problems with the installation with this product. It was by far the easiest installation I have ever had. Oh and they look really good too!

Provided dimensions of 3 windows and submitted order. The cost for vertical blinds was reasonable considering today's prices for almost everything. Received the blinds in a short period of time and installed them. The fit was perfect and easy to install. Very satisfied with the entire process.

Timely fulfillment of our order of 3 pleated shades. We've always gotten the corded versionbecause we learned to replace the worn cords but so far the "pull down" option has been fine. If they last as long as the corded version we'll be very happy.

The blinds themselves were perfect, exactly what I needed. The only negative is that the brackets were much too small and the screws were junk. I ended up drilling holes in the top and using my own screws to hang them. I would have preferred the brackets, but could not be bothered waiting for new ones
