We purchased Levelor brand uhymini blinds for our new home. All cuts were what we ordered. The shipment was packed very well so there was no damage. One blind was shipped without a wand and one wand was not functional.

I ordered two large Roman shades for two windows in my apartment. I'm a designer and have hung every kind of shade and blind in my forty years of design.
I was very pleased with the quality and the final look is great, but these were very difficult to install. Especially the oversized shade. The instructions were not at all clear and I had an experienced maint man help or I would have never gotten them installed.
So I would just advise that if you don't have experience installing or a good installation person, you might want to order elsewhere.

Finding products was ok, but I would not know what I needed to connect to a smart home without previous experience. I still do not understand the relationship between Eve and the previous Motionblinds' devices. Also, the website does not make it clear that a right hand control will place the USB in the back, making recharging diffiicult.

Answer: Not sure on the brick and mortar site but the man I spoke with lives in Texas, my favorite state in the USA, made me feel even better about this place.
