Ordered one 2" faux wood window blind to replace a big-box-store-brand blind that had become so dry and brittle that it broke when I was feather dusting it! Since my first order with Select Blinds many years ago, I have never bought blinds or sunshades anywhere else. Always pleased with orders being just as (or better) than described, precisely cut, made of high-quality materials, and shipped carefully. Highly recommend. I have ordered cellular blinds for an outdoor sunroom, UV and light blocking shades for small breezeway, cordless/tilt blinds for a living room, small custom-sized faux wood blinds for bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. All have been cut exactly to my measurements and made of the materials I've requested. Have saved with frequent sales and discount offers on particular categories.

Placed order on 8/29/2025, and it took 3 weeks to arrive after several daily texts and emails announcing their arrival (shipped as 1 order in 3 separate packages via United Postal Services [UPS]). Hangups with customs from Vietnam. Packages went from Vietnam to China, to Alaska, to Tennessee, and finally arrived (after several tracking calls to UPS and Select Blinds customer service) to track and locate the packages. Order was expensive, but worth the wait. I could not imagine finding such a great deal and perfect items anywhere else. Thank you.
My blind came and was a bit too short. A call to customer service, some verification of my measurements, and some photos, and then a new replacement blind was sent. Very happy with the service I received.

Needed to replace shades in family room. Worried about color matching. They are perfect and have enjoyed them. Easy to install.
Love my new window shades. The online store is easy to navigate and walks you through both the measuring and ordering process. The order was received within 2 weeks and installation was easy. As a customer I would say that the service is very good so far, even the product quality is usually good, except a few of them. Of course, I have to say that the price is a little too high for the product with its original price.
These window blinds look great and instantly made the room feel more polished. They were easy to install, and the smooth tilt control lets in just the right amount of light while still maintaining privacy. Overall, they feel sturdy and offer excellent value for the price.
I was in need of something once my apartment put the brightest light outside my bedroom window.Not knowing where to even start, the site walked me through it all. Some measurements, answer a few questions and bam. Less than a week later goodbye sleep mask and hello blinds. They work great were easy to hang. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Everything was great except for the clipping in of the blind onto the brackets. I had purchased the same product before and the clips holding the shade was much better at holding the shade and much easier to install.
I've ordered 3 times from SelectBlinds and have been satisfied each time. My current order
Successfully color matched blinds I purchased 5-6 years ago. They hang in the same room and you. Cannot tell which is t he new blind or the older.
The smaller bounds are decent but the 5 foot blind has a sag in the lower bar aka a smile so it's not strong enough for the width
I ordered 3 of the exact same item. 2 arrived promptly. The 3rd was 3 weeks later. When I called after 10 days to inquire they had no knowledge or information on shipping or tracking.

While your website clearly states that the customer should measure accurately and SelectBlinds will account for some gap this was not the case. No deduction was made by your team and my blinds were constructed to the exact dimensions I provided. So they dont fit properly without rubbing on the window jamb and each other. (2 side by side). Im not happy. Plus SB never replied to my email inquiry/complaint. So your customer service was also sub-par.
Item arrived. I installed it, pulled the shade down, pushed it up and I heard a spring pop. It stopped working after that. I reached out to customer service and I have had a terrible experience and it still doesnt work.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
