The people who worked there were fantastic. I wanted an SUV similar to my Cadillac Escalade but they didn't seem to carry those types of vehicles so I was stuck with a crappy minivan.
Nice people at the desk to greet me and also when I dropped the car off. The shuttle driver came to get my back and walked it a good distance and loaded it on the shuttle. Great service will use again when I'm back in NYC

As many times that I have had to rent cars, this was absolutely the most seamless positive experience I've ever had. I needed a rental car as my car was being repaired due to a collision with a deer. They picked me up from the collision center, and they had the paperwork ready to go. They also checked in with me throughout the month to make sure everything was still to my liking and did I have any problems or concerns. I contacted them that my car would be ready one day earlier than expected and asked how did I go about returning the rental car to them. They let me know. I would leave the keys in the car at the collision center and they would come by and pick it up that day. I feel that the Statesboro office went above and beyond being accommodating to their consumer.

Enterprise never responded to any of my messages, even when I raised a question about the bill and pointed out an error. Enterprise is very communicative when they need something from you, but when the customer needs something they simply ignore you

During a family roadtrip our car broke down in West Virginia far away from family or friends. Ashley Dawson and her incredible team at Enterprise in Clarksburg treated me like royalty, took good care of me, and helped me in my time of crisis. The entire team was extremely friendly, calm and helpful. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car rental location. I would highly recommend this phenomenal team and location!

Your staff truly cares, and the representative who assisted me at the Columbus, OH airport was an outstanding example of that. He was professional, personable, and very welcoming without being overly formal. I had a wonderful experience renting a car from Enterprise. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the vehicle was clean and in great condition. The process overall was smooth and professional, which I really appreciated.
The only thing I wish had been communicated more clearly during the booking process was the $300 deposit that is required when picking up the vehicle. I was not aware of this beforehand. It would have been helpful to know about the deposit in advance, along with the information that it can take 5–10 business days to be returned after the car is brought back.
Aside from that, my experience was great and I would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Clearer communication about deposits during booking would make the experience even better for customers.

Someone had hit my vehicle, and she had to pay for my vehicle to be repaired and provide me with a vehicle. From the first conversation I had with them, they were courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. They picked me up at the body shop and took me back to get a vehicle from them. When my vehicle was ready, I took it back; and they drove me back to the body shop. Everyone I encountered with enterprise was kind, courteous, and went out of their way to help me.

The SUV we rented for 4 1/2 days smelled strongly of marijuana and had a slow tire leak. We reported this via the Enterprise texting communication and also called the location to report it. They said they would have a manager call us to work on the issue. We never received a phone call and no one ever resolved either issue we took time out of our vacation twice a day to fill the slow leak of the tire with air and one of our kids even vomited from the marijuana smell. Very disappointing and overpriced rental with terrible customer service. How unsafe to let a customer drive on a tire that has a slow leak and do nothing to fix it.

I love renting with enterprise, their prices are excellent, the customer service it's also great but most importantly their cars are always in great condition and if there is ever a problem they always make it right.
