I called to get assistance with canceling my reservation because I cant find my reservation email. He was rude and did not take time to try to assistance me. Just transferred me to the area that ask me for the reservation number that I told him I did not have. And hung up and called back and was told he could not assistance me. He didn't even look to see if he could locate my reservation.

Sad I paid 89 dollars n the fan was busted n it had no microwave so my pregnant fiancé couldn't eat...

It took 32 min to get a reservation. I asked Google for a local number for the motel, and called the number I got. I asked Hazel if this was the local number for the motel. She said no, but that this was the number I would be given by the motel desk to make a reservation - which is not true. She said the cost of the room was $250, but because I was s BW rewards member, I would get it for half of that. I think this was still overpriced.
When my card wouldn't go through, it took her 25 min. To ask if there was a different email the card was connected to. I will not use reservations.com again.

Surprisingly easy to book my reservation. I gave the agent my parameters and the reason for travel and he found me a good value location in close proximity to my destination.

The person I spoke with was helpful and easy to work with. There was some lag time in the call on my end so there was some difficulty getting the numbers of my card through to her. She was so patient as we finally got through it. Also, when I first called in I gave her the wrong dates. She was kind to me as I had to correct it. I appreciated her patience with me throughout the conversation.

Answered phone as"Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa" but in actual fact it was not🤯🤬
I tried calling back but was unable to speak to a person who could cancel the transaction. My banks fraud department has been notified.

I called to make reservation, the hotel I chose didn't have a room with the accommodation I wished. The booking agent found us a room with the requested accommodation and booked the room for us. That was unexpected and extremely helpful!

Bad.
The agent was pushy, hard to understand, lied, and refused to give any discounts. They said there was only 1 room with two queen beds and 1 room with a king bed. It was inconceivable to believe that Sunnyside, WA was booked full on a Thursday night in February. Sure enough upon check in at 9 pm the parking lot was less than half full. The front desk person said they had plenty of rooms and she could have saved me money had I called them directly, which is what I thought I did, but obviously got a reservation call center instead. Never again!

I called and asked for a bereavement rate. The agent quoted me $119 a night 3 days. Instead my card was charged $1066. 84. When i called back an AI agent answered and gave me an 1800number. No one picked up. I canceled the reservation. Now i have to wait 7 days to get my money back.

I made my reservation in September for a stay on February 29 to see Chris Stapleton at Winstar. My confirmation in September said I had paid in full. I received a call from Krisna the night before telling me I had not paid and would be cancelled if I did not give her my credit card. This sounded like a scam to me. I lhad to look back to September to see if I had been charged. I did not see where I was charged but by this time I was very frustrated. I said I would just pay the next day when I check in. I was told she needed a card now or I would be cancelled. That was policy. This infuriated me and I admit I was very rude. Kristan then cancelled my reservation because I disrespected her.

So I googled super8 Abbotsford before we left home and called the number provided talk to some lady booked the hotel told her we had 2dogs and wanted the outdoor suites. So upon getting to super8 to get our rooms the lady on the phone was from Expedia and didn't even say I had 2dogs and wanted the outdoor suite as it's easier with the dogs I dont recommend calling them call the hotel directly as they lie to you and say they are the hotel but the aren't. Not mad at super8 at all the were super nice and accommodating

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.

Answer: Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.
