I bought a set of marker lights that were an open box item that you all said work like New install them. They did not work. I had to return them and received no compensation basically.
I ordered a clutch kit and got a rotor instead. Don't know how the two got mixed up but definitely won't be shopping here if i need my orders on time.

I have been doing business with AM for over a decade. Between normal mx, and upgrades, they have really helped my 2005 GT stay healthy.
It was very straight forward and ease to accomplish. Shipping is fast and everything in stock.
I find that they are very friendly and helpful. I was going to order a certain part and the assistant suggested a different upgrade that would be much better suited for my car - I went with his suggestion and talked to a Mechanic after and he agreed that was a wise choice - Tks So Much

The website is very informative, with great videos of the product and installation instructions. It was very easy and convenient to navigate the website for my purchase with great communication and fast shipping and tracking emails provided.
The item I bought was stated in stock then came back out of stock once purchased a day later through email. Individual was somewhat helpful about the item but wish I would have known it was out of stock at time of purchase.

A company like this one can definitely afford to reimburse customers for damaged parts. Refusing to do so is blatant greed. My spark plug wires burned after I spent $120 on them. Is it AM's fault that Ford Engineering decided to place the EGR so close to the wires? No, but regardless, for the amount of money spent, I felt that replacing the wires was the morally correct thing to do. Instead, Livewires went above and beyond to make sure I had good wires that weren't burnt, which are still on my Mustang as I type this. I shouldn't have had to reach out to Livewires because of the horrible customer service I received from AM. I personally think AM is an example of the type of business that I do not want to run, regardless of success.

We were happy to hear that the manufacturer was able to assist you and send new wires to you. We do apologize that we were unable to assist you with your request. We reviewed your order, and we confirmed with the manufacturer, that this item does come with a one-year warranty, but that warranty would have expired in January 2025.
For the majority of our items, we offer a 30-day return policy, and then if the manufacturer offers a warranty, we will work with our customers to see if the item would be eligible for a return. We do apologize that when you contacted us last year, the representative you spoke with did not look into the options available to you.

During my most recent purchase, everything I was looking for was easy to find. From my search to checkout, everything went very smoothly.
The online sales reps are always super informative and helpful when it comes to what you want done with your car, fitment, and everything else when you modify. Like if it will need to be tuned after the mod.
They blocked my account because I had a chargeback, how immature are you? Maybe if your business practices were ethical and convenient for the customer people wouldnt have to do charge backs. You do realize I can still order my parts from another email and mailing address... IDIOTS lol

Years ago, the staff was a pleasure to talk to, and to work with. They cared about their cars and products. I don't know how it is now, but I do know, I wasn't able to get a hold of someone at 3:45 PM EST.
I have ordered several times from American Muscle and always recieved exactly what I ordered sometimes faster than expected too! I will be ordering again in the future.
I ordered a "OEM" purge valve for my 2020 Mustang for $74.99. I received a Dorman brand purge valve that I could have gotten for $37.99 elsewhere. Thought I was going to receive a Motorcraft OEM part. No where in the description did it indicate the part is a Dorman part. Crazy markup and misleading. Won't be buying anything from American Muscle again. 👎🏼
