Customer service and sales

Not sure why they want a review before i get my product but here it is for the process thus far. From time i purchased to shipping was excellent. I can not tell you how the product is yet because they want a review before the the product is in my possession, but I will definitely leave a review when I get my pcm/ecu installed. Everyone i have talked to has been very respectful and helpful. I did like the phone to let me know product was sent out. The shipping was not updated and still is not. I was told with in 2 days I would have my pcm/ecu. Hope it is true being a Sunday is when I was told I would get it.

Go somewhere else

I can not say anything regarding the product that's because I never got it, after the time line to be actually at my place got a email saying they were behind and will be shipped in the next 2 days, after those 2 days pass by the product wasn't send so I cancelled the order. If you want to do business with a company who doesn't keep their part of the agreement go with them maybe.

I won't recommend this business to anyone (maybe people who I dislike yes) save yourself time and get it somewhere else

It went very well and Anik was very helpful. I was so well pleased with the service that when I called my mechanic that the PCM would be here next week, I also told him that Dillon Automotive should add them to their buy list and he told me that he spoke with the owner about just that and were probably going to be contacting you to what it would take to do that.
