Ordered a catalog to see what's available for my old truck. I was billed, but never received a catalog. :(
The engine gasket kit had been out of stock for a couple months.
I was notified when it had become available at the end of February. I opened the Ecklers website, selected the kit for the engine, ordered one and completed the payment process with ease. It has always been a simple and trouble free process.

The package was delivered with an open box and you guys didn't even pack the stuff with care or put packing tape or bubbles so all the products are opened in the box and might have been damaged because they were just thrown in a box. Also, I'm missing some items from my order. Not cool

Just received a hinge pin removal tool that I ordered. It is a piece of junk. Metal is soft. Pins bent. Was only able to successfully remove one of six pins.

Great deal on Ecklers - unfortunately purchase was cancelled after 3 days without explanation - refund was issued minus shipping - I had to contact them for my shipping refund. Obviously - not pleased with this experience.

Once we received your order, and sent the request to the manufacturer, who would be shipping the item to you, they shared with us that this item has been discontinued, and they would be unable to fulfill this request. We did cancel the item and refund you for the cost of the item, and unfortunately the system did not automatically refund you the shipping. It was a good experience. I got the parts that I wanted at a fair price and they arrived at a reasonable amount of time I will definitely buy again
I bought a motor meter that did not fit on my 1930 radiator and I bought the mud scrap plates for the running boards fit perfect and the quality was excellent. I will shop again.
I have been shopping around for an extender that will work with my 72 Chevelle, and have come up empty, until I spoke with Sam at Ecklers. Even though it is not rated as compatible, I took Sam's advice and ordered the Corvette extender. It works perfectly. I would suggest Eckler's adding this compatibility to the catalog for item *******.

The bracket I recently purchased doesn't fit properly. It looks very close to the original I have but if I end up using the one I purchased, I'll need to alter it so it can fit to the windshield frame. I just purchased a couple screws that hopefully will allow me to use my original bracket and tighten the mirror.

I have had nothing but, a great experience with Ecklers. Pricing has been affordable especially when you find items on sale. The fact that they provide different forms of payment ie; affirm, paypal and debit card is awesome. Their catalog of parts makes it easy to get what you need for your classic car
For me it has been the quality and prices of certain items. I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases. I must include that their customer service is great! I will continue to shop here
Product selection is great for hard to find items and factory replacements. Have to wait for pricing on items sometimes as cost is more than some other competitors.

I have tried ordering a vacuum boot twice and ecklers sends me a speedometer. Which I wish work as I need one but it doesn't. The last order was lost.
