Customer service was great they were helpful with explaining the process and how it all works. As for the actually PCM part, time will tell. We were able to put it in with ease but it takes a little bit of driving to see if it will run properly. The car has to have time to read it.

Purchased a pcm in Sept of 2025 after 5 warranty ones and 6 months truck being down. I took the last module and towed truck to dealership. And they programmed the module and truck run. Over all cost for dealing with this company was 600 to program the module they sent me because flagship could not get it right. Plus rental vehicles for 4 of the 5 month do not buy from this company

I had more problems than just the computer on my car. Once I figured out those issues the computer did exactly what I needed and fix the problems I've been having with electrical issues. Thank you very much for being willing to let me send the pcm back for testing or replacement!
