I have been waiting for a sold out item to be back in stock for several months now. It is a blacked out GT trunk emblem. Otherwise my experience with AM has been 5 stars.
The customer has to make sure the part fits, because if the website says it fits there is a possibility that does not fit.

Packaging was awful. Strut tower brace was sticking out by about 12 inches and tape was not on at the opening at all. Openings all over box. Very disappointed. Returned back to sender.

Everything I have gotten for my mustang absolutely love it.
They have probably 99% of what I'm looking for. There's the obvious parts that are just plain impossible to get new, and I won't blame them for it. I will say, the catalog can be tricky to navigate sometimes, I feel like it will show me the same 4 products on every page with the occasional different one
I've bough a couple things from American muscle, rims, procharger kit, and some other small add ons. It's been a breeze with them sorting all the part out by year, make and model. Would highly recommend
It is easy to order, great pricing, awesome open box product. Have no negative experiences to relate.
Ordered MotoRad thermostat, it didn't work out of the box new. Installed, ok. Vacuumed the coolant system, pressure checked etc. Idled the vehicle to check temperature operation. Thermostat wouldn't open! Bottom hose cool, upper hose hot, coolant temp very high, 206f. Huge Waste of time and money. Waited 6 days for delivery then install, removal, reinstall original. Who can afford this waste of time?
MotoRad is GARBAGE! Don't order these!
Why does AM sell MotoRad? Absolutely bad for their reputation. Definitely think twice in the future. One good thing AM had a good customer service bot got a refund and didn't have to waste more time sending it back. In the trash where it belongs.
One more thing why isn't there a zero rating.

We were sorry to hear that the thermostat that you received was defective and did not work for your Mustang. I bought a set of marker lights that were an open box item that you all said work like New install them. They did not work. I had to return them and received no compensation basically.

I ordered a clutch kit and got a rotor instead. Don't know how the two got mixed up but definitely won't be shopping here if i need my orders on time.

I have been doing business with AM for over a decade. Between normal mx, and upgrades, they have really helped my 2005 GT stay healthy.
It was very straight forward and ease to accomplish. Shipping is fast and everything in stock.
I find that they are very friendly and helpful. I was going to order a certain part and the assistant suggested a different upgrade that would be much better suited for my car - I went with his suggestion and talked to a Mechanic after and he agreed that was a wise choice - Tks So Much

The website is very informative, with great videos of the product and installation instructions. It was very easy and convenient to navigate the website for my purchase with great communication and fast shipping and tracking emails provided.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
