Got my tickets pretty fast. Was worried at first, but they came w/in 24 hours
Obvious phone room set up in 3rd world location to defraud airline customers who don't write their name as it appears on passport while they are booking flight. It doesn't ask for specific name as appears on passport and then doesn't allow for correction after reading the fine print. $120 attempted charge and threats of higher fees for cancellation and rebooking to make the correction. Phone operators in their cubicles are rude. It's unfortunate that airlines no longer care about customer service and sold their booking systems to third party scam operators. $#*! you bastards!
Very easy to navigate the website and great price on round trip flights for two adults. Will definitely consider booking with them again.

I knew I'd be charged extra for choosing seats. But after I booked the flight I received a poorly written email from Smartfares saying the seat prices were just an estimate and I owed additional money for the final prices. I wasn't sure if the email was a scam or not. After receiving repeated emails I told them to go ahead and take the additional money. No other booking site has ever done that to me. I verified my reservation and it seems to be okay. I won't use Smartfares again.
Customer service result was good over the phone was very obvious they wanted me off the phone quickly. It stinks that it takes 7 to 15 days for a refund

BEst fares ever. Lowest from all the wesbite. Also the fare is real, not like when you go to book, it disappears or errors out which is very common in other sites.
I am just disappointed that I was charged extra for exchange rates. I would appreciate if that can be on your website so that consumers can have an option to decide to book through you or not

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
