I'm unhappy about the form not displaying the correct birth year in the dropdown menu since he is 11 and the menu does not show the year 2014. This causes additional work to have the birth year corrected later on. The system validation rules were not thoroughly tested.
The box to select the birth year for a minor does not display 2014 for children who are still 11, it only shows 2015, this is a system validation error.
Overall pretty good but got the feeling that they got incentives to push you to certain airlines
Kayak b has the flights for short durations and best price. Smart Fares has best site for efficient Booking for selection of options, such as dates change. (Potential future charges not disclosed.)

Theybsaif at time of ticketing my flught was canceñling cause not tickets available but yet the flight still available now I gotta pay almost 60 dollars more.

Didn't like it price of tickets like 100 US DOLLAR more in end of payment. And I never tik anything not important. But I still paid 100 USD extra... I bought 4 tickets which I paid 400 USD extra. But it doesn't show in first after you paid it comes out of your account... Very clever way take extra money
No issues with the website, easy to book, got confirmation email shortly after purchase
Any time you booked a flight you can cancel before 24 hours or before your e-ticket I saw baggage allowance London to Algiers 1 piece of 23kg / passenger
After paying everything changed no baggage I call to cancel after 45 minutes of payment impossible to cancel
To add extra baggage impossible I'll never recommend anyone to buy from them

My issue with Smartfare was that I was not informed from the beginning that the quote for my fares that was displayed in my currency was going to be charged to my account in USD which added more cost due to me currency's value to the Rand. I was highly upset as I could have made a different choice and saved money
The agents that helped with my booking were very professional and helpful, considering that I don't fly that often and consider myself an internet illiterate and require a bit of patience.
