What a pain in the butt to get your rebate form online third time I've done this and it's ridiculous maybe I buy contacts from somewhere else. Why do you have to jump through so many hoops to get something you promise.
It was very easy for me to reorder my contact lenses. This was my second order and it is so comforting to have extra contact sets available. I even take an extra set on trips in case I should lose one while I'm gone. Was very easy to reorder and the lenses got here in a very short time
No issues with my delivery or the filling of my order. I will be using this company for all of my kids contacts. I wish they did rigid GP (hard) contacts. I would order mine as well from there.
I called less than 24 hours to tell you I made a mistake and your telephone would not work to connect me and your email would not work either. I only needed 6 pieces of each right and left. I talked to someone when I ordered and mistakenly got 6 boxes. It would take me 2 years to use that many. My eyes change.
Good however, I'm always amazed that when I put my lenses in the cart and then pay for them - it seems like a lot more than it should be.

Lenses took a few months to arrive, so plan ahead of you need them right away. The lenses are not comfortable to wear, despite them being specially made, but I do have Sjogrens syndrome..
I sent my prescription ahead of my order to try to expedite things but despite a reply that it had been added, it was not added to my account. I did not realize so when my order did not arrive, I checked on it and saw that it still needed my prescription. Then they had to order my contacts from the warehouse so that added another week. Then the order was finally supposed to be coming and had expected delivery dates. It actually arrived several days before predicted, which normally would be good but I was traveling and I had made plans to have the box taken in on the wrong dates so my order sat outside in the cold longer than I intended for it to (which I guess I should have been checking more closely). But the correct contacts were eventually delivered so success in the end.
I didn't realize how easy and cheap it was getting a box of contacts through this site. It's super simple and it saved me so much time and money from having to go to the eye doctor. Will definitely be using this site again!
Easiest place I've gotten my lenses. Order ships at a pretty decent time even waiting for approval. Pricing isn't too bad. Quality is always good. Never damaged, chipped, or anything else that can be wrong with contacts.
I'm already a customer for more than 20 years. The service is always impeccable. I love overseas and the mail isn't always timely. However I know that I'll always be backed up by the lens.com service centre.

I've not ordered contacts in 25 years but was super impressed with how easy it was to accomplish and that made me a little less annoyed that I have gotten old enough to require them again.
I tried to order online, contacts were about $35, apparently there was a problem with online ordering. I called the number for assistance she took my order and when finished she said the total was like $85. I said it was $35 online, she said with fees it is $85. By now I had been on the phone a while, as I think she was having issues too, I was ready to get off and not disagree and I needed them so I just went with it, but not happy about it.
Was very pleased with my lens Order and Delivery. I just wish they would take the money off the top instead of having to fill out a rebate form.
Your company needs to be more specific about the quantity of lens per box. For example, I ordered one box of lens thinking the order was for six lens. I received three boxes of two lens each. The order form was confusing, was I ordering two lens or six lens!
I spoke with agent it was simple ordered lens, make payment, received lens in the mail shortly.

My only concern is the very long wait do the product. Once here, the lenses were fine. I received an email after ordering that my lenses were not in stock which is understandable. The delivery took several weeks longer than expected.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
