I'm really happy with this RGP lens. Shipping was fast and it arrived sooner than I expected. Compared to my previous one, this lens is thinner, lighter, and much more comfortable to wear, with almost no foreign body sensation.

Lens.com is great. The rebate site is not. I tried to print my rebate form via the rebate center site, and it would not print. Now I cannot get the form for my rebate. I have reached out to comment and actually got a resonse form Rebate, but the form still has not come so I can get the rebate. Is that something Lens.com can help with. The rebate amount is way too much to loose.
This is the FIRST time I've had any trouble with Rebate and really would appreciate help with the site.

Unfortunately, there are dots on the edges of both lenses. That defeats the purpose of the dots, which is to tell which lens is which.
My contacts ended up getting delivered a little late because they had to special order them, but otherwise they showed up undamaged and work well!
No one ever emailed me saying there was an issue with my prescription so I waited weeks. When the issue was finally resolved, they rejected my request for expedited shipping and I finally got my contacts over a month after I ordered them. Never using them again.
The delivery of my contacts was very efficient as the rebate was…I will be reordering when it's due.

Products are reasonably priced, but you are not aware of the hidden charges until you place order and it does not show up on the email purchase order they send you. Whenever I order, I have to contact them to give me a detailed invoice of the charges. I ordered 3 month supply at $180.08, paid $9.95 for shipping, not sure what their tax rate is. Ours is 8.5% which would have been $15.38. I was charged $116.72 for Taxes and fees. This made my total $307.65.
I discovered this company a year ago. The price for my contacts was significantly lower than other suppliers. My prescription is not usually in stock so I have to allow at least 3 weeks for delivery they keep me informed during the order process
It took a few weeks for the order to arrive, but the price is reasonable with the rebate. The rebate takes a while to process, however, and its a bit cumbersome to cut out the bar codes and mail them.
It was a mistake buying this from the US. I paid over $100 more plus I had to pay duty or something at the post office. Next time I'll order from Vancouver.
They called me saying I made a mistake on my order. I told them I just uploaded my prescription and ordered the product that popped up. For some reason the person on the phone kept insisting I ordered the wrong product. It was a little odd, so with so many options I probably won't use lens.com again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
