When I received a replacement contact that I'd ordered, I discovered that it didn't match the prescription. I called and spoke to a very nice company representative who determined that they did mistakenly make the wrong prescription. They are sending me a new one at no additional cost.
It was easy to renew my contacts for another year with Lens.com. What I am waiting to see is how successful my REBATE EXPERIENCE will be this year. Last year I sent in my rebate information and it mysteriously never got to the Rebate Center. I mistakenly chose not to pay for the USPS tracking and it was "lost." Never happened when I used the tracking. I understand that the Rebate company is separate from Lens.com - but come on - it is all part of the purchase experience. If I get my rebate back this year then I will not hesitate to continue with Lens.com. If I don't, I will not only not purchase again, but I will make an effort to discourage everyone I know from using them in the future. We'll see.
I found it easy to upload my new prescription and order lenses at a good price. Saving my insurance reimbursement for glass to get more coverage there than on contacts.
It was simple to place the order. It does take time to receive them, so I advise ordering before you run out of what you have left!

What reason is there for rebates, other than to give the impression of better pricing, when a certain number of people will fail to either apply for the rebate, or fulfill all the requirements to receive the rebate?

Told I got $85 off my order because of a manufacturer rebate. Turn out it's a mail in rebate. So you will probably get your discount eventually, after you jump trough the hoops. The way it was advertised was intentionally disingenuous. I don't appreciate being deliberately misled

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
