I have two identical pair (except for color) that I use as a backup for when I do business with you. When I went to get the other pair I realized that the prescription was wrong. Lensabl is the only glass company I do business with ( check your records). So although time has passed I didn't put them into work. You've always been good except the backup glasses I got from you were wrong and I an sending them back with a box.
I had a pair of frames that I loved sent that with my prescription and based on a mistake, I made that the lenses were made in correctly have not gotten any resolve on this at this point thank you
I have used lensabl on previous occasions with very good results and service. Sadly, not so on this most recent transaction. I started the process to exchange my old sunglasses lenses in December 2025. At first, there was no response to my request. I blamed it on the holidays. But still it took a number of emails to get a reply which asked me to clarify my prescription which I did promptly. I was informed the shipping package would be here shortly... but it wasn't. I had to email, was told it was on the way, and then it finally arrived... not postmarked on the supposed earlier date. Sent the glasses in and waited, again for some email or sign of life from lensabl. Email arrives telling me they may damage the frames if they exchanged the lenses-would I accept the risk. I did. Then nothing. Finally, I again emailed and asked where were the sunglasses? Told they were on the way, tracking said otherwise. Finally, on 2/23/25 they arrived-over 2 months after I had started the process. Not the rapid service turnover you market. Luckily, I had a backup pair of older glasses. Not sure if I would trust the service given this latest experience. Hoped for better.

My recommendation is for Lensable to have a status bar from acceptance to completion. Therefore, we can check arrival through return shipment.
They do a good job in caring for the glasses and the overall product is good. I'm pleased with the results. 20% tint is very light. Almost non existent, but I'm ok with it.
... and could be done better with phone lidar. I purchased glasses and didn't hear anything for more than a week. When I inquired, I was told I hadn't sent a photo with credit card against face.
I purchased many pairs of frames and had replacement lenses made. If there was a problem it was taken care of and done immediately corrected 100%.
I sent in frames for replacement lenses previously and the lens was not in all the way, I tried to push it in but feared breaking them so I left it, only visible anomaly from the part facing my eyes. I needed the glasses and could not send back to fix takes too long to send and return. I had another order where the frames fit well when sent but when returned are way to wide and fall off every time I bend over. Once I get this replacement pair I can send them in. It would be nice if Leasable partnered with a local eye glass store to have adjustments made instead of sending them in. All other orders great.
Mostly positive on quite a few orders, from single vision, to transition, to mirrored sunglasses. However, this current order is being placed because the same frame (lens replaced 12/2022) was apparently crazed to where my mom has never worn them.

My frames are discontinued, but they are excellent, and I don't want to have to shop for new ones. Being able to just replace the lenses is invaluable, and this service is very convenient.
After being very excited to get Goodr pink frames with my prescription lenses, I received my glasses and could not see properly out of them. I reached out to customer service, not knowing exactly what the issue could be. Apparently my Rx could be single vision or progressive, and I indicated single vision was always what I order. They told me maybe I was the one who made a mistake there was nothing they could do, and no refund would be given. I brought the glasses to my eye doctor, and they measured the lenses and compared against the written prescription. Turns out, single vision vs progressive or not, the lens Rx did not match, therefore my lenses were not done properly. The pupillary distance measurement was incorrect as well. I let customer service know all of this, and they said despite the mistake, the lenses "fall within standard industry tolerance guidelines." I politely asked for a refund because I don't wish to proceed any further with this company. I have been refused a refund and was asked if I would re-measure my pupillary distance and they could remake the lenses. I politely declined because, even if they are remade, the Rx still won't match what I need, and I won't be able to see properly. I don't want new pair, I would just like my money back because these glasses are useless to me now.
While the logistics of the Lensabl service was excellent, the end result is that I am unable to see out of my glasses. It could be that the prescription was written incorrectly or it could be the actual lenses. I am attempting to set an appointment with my doctor to determine the root cause. If the prescription is incorrect, I will revise my review to 5 stars.
Fast and easy - just one thing - the edges of the previous frame i sent for lens replacement were brushed, or scratched a bit on the inside upper edges on both sides. Possibly from the installation of new lenses? But I can see perfectly with them. Thanks
I had placed an order and requested a box, but before the order could be completed I started doubting the accuracy of my prescription. So, I went for another eye exam and got a different prescription. I'm still sort of nervous that this will be correct, so I am hoping if it is not that I can get a refund.
But anyway, I paid for the first order, then canceled it, and with no hassle at all, your company refunded it, very courteously.
I liked being able to enter my own RX
I placed an order around Black Friday and requested Lensabl to send me a box to ship my existing frames + lenses on Black Friday 11/29. I then experienced radio silence. I once or twice logged into my account, saw that a shipping label had been printed, but nothing else. After I took the time to escalate a case with customer services, I eventually saw a shipping notification some 2 weeks later, after I'd placed the initial order. Fast forward, it took 4 weeks for my order to ship. From cradle to grave, 6 weeks. Roadrunner would have been caught by Wile E. Coyote. Based on this snail pace, I'll use a competitor next time.
My prescription was not done correct, this is the same prescription used for all of my glasses. Your lab did something wrong and you all are charging me to replace them. I will never use your service again.
Waited for the box. Sent in my glasses to be fitted to new Rx specs. VERY pleased with your service - which is why I've submitted my second order!

It took a very long time on my first pair, my current pair of progressives are very hard to use, so I am orderding single prescription close focus lenses
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
