Rx got mixed up as I downloaded glasses rx, not contact rx, but they let me return the wrong contacts and sent the correct rx contacts.
Need to let person know they upload RX in the payment area ahead of time, I almost cancelled my order
I order a pair of glasses that I didn't actually like. The free returns and exchange for another pair made my experience amazing, which is why I'm back to order from Eyeconic again.
Previous orders have been so easy to place; appreciate the visual selection. You just have to click on the product you are ordering. Easy to upload prescription information by taking a picture of your prescription with your phone.
Last time i ordered contacts there was an issue with them being shipped out literally it took weeks. So im hoping this time we wont have that issue and they get out in the timely manner.
After 15 minutes of searching, I finally found my previously uploaded prescriptions, but couldn't attach it to my new order, even though it was still valid and not expired. So i had to download it off your site once i actually found it and RE upload it to your site. Super fun!

Majority of frames and sunglasses prices is set much higher than other places where no insurance is accepted which leaves us no choice to redeem our insurance here.
I like that I can connect my VSP benefits to the eyeconic store. 4 stars because you should be able to pay with Apple Pay. This would be easier, yes, but also more secure.

Sunglasses were as expected just had to get them adjusted due to them falling off my face when I move. This was marked when I purchased them so I took them to my eye doctor and got them adjusted. Now I am ready for all the sunny days to come.
The only complaint is not on Eyeconic but USPS. They set a time window for signed delivery but they kept on missing the time window. This was frustrating.
The only thing I found to be annoying at first was the base price on the Frames not to include my discounted pricing until I clicked the frames. I would like to have the option when I use my insurance to also have a way to select a dropdown to indicate I will be using a prescription lens as well to then get my estimate pricing with base specs.
I enjoy purchasing from Eyeconic because the system to purchase is simple. I love how you can upload your prescription in the system and it saves for future purchases. I also enjoy how it connects with my vision insurance easily.
I'm extremely frustrated that I have to take time to mail back my glasses even though this wasn't my error. I would appreciate an immediate redo of them
I usually go to Costco for my prescription eye glasses, but I heard about eyeconic and thought, I would give it a try. On the first try my glasses came with NO issues, where I have had issues with Costco before. The online user scenario for eyeconic is great and I ordered my glasses and now I await!
Fairly easy process, would be good to know ahead of time which sunglasses style would work with my prescription.
