Great pricing using VSP insurance especially for bifocals with progressive thin lenses. First pair ordered fit great and good brand(converse).

I would typically purchase contacts directly from my eye doctor's office, but they sold out to another company and their prices were crazy, so I started looking on vsp's website and realized how much savings were available using Eyeconic!

I would like to see more variety in glasses. The frame I picked out was not in my size, so I had to start over from the beginning. Even then, it was the wrong size. I would like to see more clarity in choosing a glasses size.

Emails can get buried for a few days which is what happened and i was really hoping to have these new frames by my birthday the 19th because i'm going on a trip the 21st. Now i'm paying extra for faster shipping and hoping they'll get here before my trip. I would've fixed the issue immediately had i known. Please text or call next time. Thank you!

Eyeconic makes it easy to order glasses using my insurance. The prices offered with insurance cannot be beat by anyone, even for designer frames. This is always my first (and usually the only) place I shop when buying new glasses.

I ordered glasses from here a few times that great service a little difficult to do the pupilary distance other than that it's a great site nice glasses good deal.

Chaotic. A customer service person had to assist with my order. I attempted to purchase eyeglasses and contact lenses in separate orders. For some reason, the pricing changed from what was advertised onscreen.

This is the third pair of identical glasses I have bought. It would be great if you gave me the choice to renew quickly and not go through the entire process.

The prices and purchasing are made very easy through the website. I've ordered two pair of glasses from here. The only complaint that I have is that it takes 2 two 3 weeks to get your glasses. Other than that, it's very easy to get your prescription inputted your PD right? And their customer service if you need to call is very good

I was easily able to find my contacts, upload my script and submit my order. I greatly appreciate the ability to select a different brand that allowed my cost to drop under the allowable amount.

I have VSP and was recommended to use eyeconic from their website which I have never heard about. Well, I did that and it was so easy to order contacts (I haven't used it to order glasses) and I had the options to use insurance or not. It really is a smooth process. I'm actually ordering my husband his through here for this order. He was also very satisfied with the process.

They made my last pair of glasses incorrect - the location of the prescription was far off from my pupil. I didnt find out until a year later when my next doctors appointment was because insurance only covers going once per year. When i found out they were made incorrectly and that my prescription had in effect gotten even worse, they refused to remake the lenses. Very unhappy with this company!

Ordered frames for both my son's this summer. The virtual try on really helped when it came to picking frames for them. Both were shipped very quickly. Very happy with eyecinic. Just ordered my frames from here today. Will definitely be using this site again. They also work well with my vision insurance
