I have used Eyeconic for years. A couple of times I picked frames that I thought I would like, but when I received them, they did not fit as expected. Eyeconic makes the exchange process very quick and simple, especially for an online shopping experience. Service has been great and I plan to keep shopping here as my first choice.
Eyeconic makes it easy to order glasses using my insurance. The prices offered with insurance cannot be beat by anyone, even for designer frames. This is always my first (and usually the only) place I shop when buying new glasses.
I don't like that I couldn't use my full allowance because the contacts are too expensive and I can't afford to get more than two boxes right now. Also I think it's dumb that I had to pay for the taxes out of pocket rather than it come out from my allowance.
It looks like overpriced for around 30$-40$ for each item.

I like that this online store has virtual try ons available for almost all the glass frames. We ordered prescription glasses for our whole family. I would recommend this online store to anyone.
I ordered a size small last fall but the lens is still too tall, making reading difficult. This time I looked up the height of a pair of readers that I ordered from Amazon that fit perfectly (41 mm) and I entered that height in the search bar. Hoping these work better.

Rx got mixed up as I downloaded glasses rx, not contact rx, but they let me return the wrong contacts and sent the correct rx contacts.
Need to let person know they upload RX in the payment area ahead of time, I almost cancelled my order

Previous orders have been so easy to place; appreciate the visual selection. You just have to click on the product you are ordering. Easy to upload prescription information by taking a picture of your prescription with your phone.
Last time i ordered contacts there was an issue with them being shipped out literally it took weeks. So im hoping this time we wont have that issue and they get out in the timely manner.
After 15 minutes of searching, I finally found my previously uploaded prescriptions, but couldn't attach it to my new order, even though it was still valid and not expired. So i had to download it off your site once i actually found it and RE upload it to your site. Super fun!
Most of what I really want isn't in stock in my size.
