Using the folks online to select a lift kit was easy and great but two weeks later nothing has shipped. I was told by customer service it's shipping straight from the factory. If this is the case then you probably shouldn't advertise 1-3 day shipping.
I was on notice for a project to come back in stock. I got a notification it was back in stock and ordered it first chance same day. Order went through no issue I got a confirmation after a couple days or so while waiting and expecting a notice of order being shipped I get a notice saying it's out of stock that I will have a longer wait than expected but no ETA. So Im waiting and cinfused

Ordered on Feb27th for delivery March 1 and was told item in stock and it would ship same day. Then get notice item is out of stock and will not be back in stock until 3/30. I called and shifted to another item, $40. More, no problem. Kind-a felt a little bait and switch Maybe fair maybe not. Then told 3 days max delivery but order says 11 days 3/10. We'll see?

Part.came on time. It looked great, I opened the box. The grease packet was broken inside all the grease was everywhere. Maybe double bag, the grease packet.
I have confidence the parts I have ordered on this site are the right parts for my vehicle
I wish there was an easier experience if you find a product you want, but not the right color. I would want to see an option to toggle to different colors to make finding that item easier than searching.
Bumper arrived and the hardware bag was opened inside the box so it's missing nuts and bolts and there's big chips all in the bumper.

I put the Trail Force HD bumper with LEDs and 9500lb winch on my 2021 Gladiator yesterday. Took 4 hours. Working solo, it took a while to get the bolts to all line up with the frame rails, but I like the mounting system design. The red cable to connect to the battery could be a few inches longer, the LEDs could be a bit brighter, and there should be some accomodations for attaching state required license plates. But otherwise, the bumper and winch is a great addition.
I spoke to Erik on both my orders. He was patient and helped me with my order. I ordered a complete Flowmaster exhaust system, then added some exhaust tips. Iwas heart broken, however, to find FedEx was used to ship items. I have had items stolen, delivered only a portion of my order, and or damaged items delivered. And, they seem to consistently keep changing my delivery status. I was supposed to receive my exhaust system today, then close to end of day, it switched to next day. Hope this item doesn't turn up missing like previous a experience. This happens just about every time a costly item is ordered. That has never happened with UPS. Wish Extreme Terrain used UPS. But that is my only concern. But wholly satisfied with Extreme Terrain and their staff. Wonderful help.
Saved 50 dollars over buying the exact same brake lines from Quadratec. This allowed me to purchase front and rear lines instead of only front lines.
Had glanced at website briefly, didnt give it proper look. Followed up and took time, searched several items, looked at sale and clearance items. Extremely happy with prices, selection and ease. My problem is not with a extreme terrain it is with FedEx not only did they roughly handle my packages they ship them to Kennesaw Georgia then to Tuscaloosa Alabama then back to Kennesaw Georgia then to me. Fed ex needs a lot to improve a lot on their shipments

Called to add an icon stage 9 kit for my tundra because I made a mistake amd didnt add it in the order previously. When I called, Rob H. Answered and had such great customer service skills he made adding to the order very easy and seamless and shipping was super fast. Rob H. Down there in Texas made my day with the customer service alone and instantly told all co workers and friends, extreme terrain from now on for all our parts!
Purchased a set of these in 2024 for my 2023 Gladiator. My wife liked the style so I ordered her some for her 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Very small modification that adds a very nice touch to the vehicle.
Called in for some help with finding right part for my wrangler. Mathew searched around and found me the right part. Such a big help.
The part came in quickly after I ordered, but did not fit the jeep even after I double checked, and triple checked to make sure it would fit online.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
