I am really trying to remind myself why I went with Extreme and then I remember when searching they said my order would be delivered on 3/17/26. But then tracking showed 3/19/26. But now I am showing 3/20/26.
Shipping from Lenexa, KS just a 3 hr drive from me.
This is really uncalled for in my opinion. I needed to install by 3/18/26.
Wish you could keep to your dead line ir I could of went with someone else.

I called to ask a question about an wheel order, needed to know about lug nuts and wheel spacers for the wheels i purchased. All my questions were answered plus a 20.00 dollar credit was issued to my account.That almost covered the cost of the lugnuts i needed

I ordered some nerf bars for my Jeep and they came damaged, a misiing end cap to be exact. I contacted customer service twice and was told they were sending me one. It never came. The nerf bars rusted within a year and looked terrible. I took them off and threw them away so I guess that made the missing end cap a mute point. I sure hope these new running boards arrive in good condition and last longer than a year.

We reviewed your order, and we do show that last March you reached out to us to see if we can send a replacement end cap for the sidestep bars. We reached out to our warehouse and we sent an email to you apologizing that we were unable to complete the request, and offered the option to do a return/replacement or issue you $25 to try to source the endcap locally.
For the side step bars you just ordered, we do suggest that our customers use Rustoleum or a product similar to Rustoleum to prevent rusting on the side step bars.
Due to this experience, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account and this credit can be used on a future order. This credit is valid until 6/30/2026.

I always enjoy shopping for new parts on Extreme Terrains web site. Prices on parts are always reasonable and shipping has always been free an they ship everything out fast.

First time shopping with this Co. Extreme Terrain and found their prices competitive and the site very easy to use. Very Pleased with them and look forward to future experiences.
I ordered more than I planned to because of all the different categories and cross manufacturers that were linked to Extreme Terrain through their site. Plus, because my initial purchase and shipment for a soft top and hardware in the Spice color I wanted, I joined because of the other incentives for additional pieces I knew I would order. Tom patiently walked me through all my questions and shipping details to a nearby shop that will install the soft top for a fair price.
Found what I wanted and for a decent price but your entire site and especially the emails I'm now getting too may of feel extremely spammy. I'm not inclined to return because of this.

It went really well but one order took months to show up bc they were out of stock but it was a key chain bottle opener and don't really matter. Love this shop

I have made multiple orders with extreme terrain and all of them have included extremely fast shipping times, great products and packaging, and when I had an issue with one of my orders it was remedied in one phone call. They have also been helpful with choosing products and their compatibility with one another to accomplish what I wanted. A great company that I will continue to business with moving forward!
I was surprised how fast my package arrived! I figured a week out but got it in the three day window they said! Package came without even a scratch on the box. Will upload photos if I can. Couldn't be happier with my purchase definitely going to look forward to buying my build from them!

It is our goal to have orders to our customers in a timely manner, and by the date we show when the order is placed, and we fell short our goal, but more importantly, your expectations with this situation. We reviewed your order, and we do show that your order was placed on the evening of 3/15 and the item shipped out via USPS on 3/16. In reviewing your order, we do show the item is expected to be delivered today 3/23/2026, but the expected delivery date was noted as 3/18.
