Aspen helped me with my pc not displaying on my monitor. Was sent 3 links to a guide video and problem was solved after I followed the very easy guides. Quickly responded to emails. They do customer service the right way

Aspen did a great job communicating with me. I received a picture of my new PC in my email and he even text me to let me know when the PC would be shipped.

While trying to get a hold of Xidax on the phone proved to be quite the challenge, reaching out on the chat system connected me with Aspen and they were quick to help me figure out why the PC I ordered on 2/19 still had not shipped by 2/24. She quickly resolved the issue and communicated effectively with me on what was being done.

Aspen was my support contact. I had spent a whole day trying to figure out why the new computer I had recently purchased was not working he had me do a couple things and it was up and running very professional knew exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend Xidax to anyone who needs a gaming computer their support staff is excellent

Aspen took good care of me. My issue turned into a multi day fix but they were able to get it fixed and followed up on it.

Sent ma request for picks and followed up with a phone call. Once he has the pics he was able to resolve the problem quickly.

Xidax's customer service is 2nd to none. All questions are usually answered within an hour or if not minutes. Aspen has been currently helping me with my questions and answers are very quick and helpfull. Would highly recommend Xidas PCs not only for the amazing PC products but the outstanding customer service.

Aspen helped me through an issue I was having with my AMD graphics card. He listened, explained and assisted me in identifying possible solutions and also made me feel comfortable that of the solutions he implemented did not work we had more options. Knowing that my problem was/will be handled is peace of mind. I am a very satisfied customer
