I loved that the company called to verify the order. Once verified it arrived the next day. AMAZING service and shipping times!
I ordered 2 hard drives and 4 RAM. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately one of the RAM was faulty but a replacement was shipped expeditiously. The replacement is working fine.

Looked to replace a failed drive in my server. They were fast and easy to deal with online. Had what I was looking for at a good price. Drive arrived sooner than stated. When I need another drive(s), I'll be looking here first.
When a hard drive fails on a server, I know that I can quickly and easily find the drive here at a great price and have it delivered in the time I require. I am a long time customer and they never let me down. Normally I would say try this place then let me know how much you love them too. But this time I am going to say try them for 5 years and then reach out and let me know how much you love them too.

Finding the correct hard drives (with trays even!) is always an easy process. I didn't make any inquiries this time but previously have emailed asking about compatibility and response was very fast!

Easy interface and clear description.
The Product was in good order and fit for my business purpose. However, the shipping experience could be a bit better. The delivery dates kept shifting couple times and was delivered a days after the confirmed delivery date.
Sourcing, purchasing and receiving a replacement drive should be easy. Hard Drive Direct is all that and more!

I contacted Hard Drives Direct customer service because the hard drive I had purchased a year prior had stopped working.
The response to my complaint was quick, but some of the instructions regarding the replacement procedure for the faulty hard drive were unclear, which ultimately extended the process to about two months. Fortunately, the customer service representative was very helpful and finally provided me with the correct information.
A little bit difficult but OK finaly
The model requested and what was shipped was not the same.
They make me wish we had more legacy servers as by far our most competent supply partner is Hard Drives direct.
Be it dealing with a shipper over a single hard drive, or arranging for local pick up on a Friday, will not shop anywhere else if they have it
