My service ticket was assigned to the customer service agent Jerome. It was so organized that after submitting me inquiry. They not only ackownledge the inquiry but also provivded the name of the agent assigned to my inquiry. The agent Jerome was very professional and within few hours my ticket was closed.

The prepaid Mastercard I purchased will not allow a payment to SegPay, doesn't matter who you call, they refuse to authorize it, therefore you can not use a prepaid Mastercard, like advertised.
I requested some info about a charge I didn't know what it was for. I never recieved an answer even through I was receiving emails asking me how I rated your service. To date I still have not received any response.
I enrolled in one service but got notified that there was a second enrollment. I sent and email and called to cancel the second subscription and both were responded to almost immediately. The second service was cancelled on the spot. Well done!
I was told a pre paid debit card issued by visa or Mastercard would work. It does not. It keeps getting denied on your end

I was very pleased with the very quick response to cancel two unwanted subscriptions. It is very annoying when sites automatically subscribe you to other sites. I think this amounts to sharp practice and I would urge Segpay to remove service from sites that do this
