No mention of limited site availability in ad. Finally... I realized that was my first mistake! Next, I realized there was no obvious way to add funds. Thus I clicked on JOIN and received a message that "You Have an account". Just tell me please how to purchase a 3 month subscription.
If I wait out the remainer of the 24 days, then I can rejoin. There must be a button or something somewhere I don't see.

I signed up for this service in New Zealand, it should be made clear on the website that Segway doesn't pay out to New Zealand. There was no way of me getting paid for the services I could provide, not happy
I found ot that there was a monthly charge to my Paypal account from Segpay.
I did not know what that might be, so I contacted Segpay to stop it and find out what it was. I have not receoved any answer about this, but now I am asked to review the service. I was forced to give one star. My real rating os 0.

I completely forgot about a subscription that I paid for a year ago. Segpay notified me a week in advance of the upcoming annual charge (unlike most companies that tell you the day before or not at all); the cancellation was super easy. There wasn't any pushback or "are you sure?" prompts. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Tricked to a renewal by the website I immediately contacted Segpay to cancel my account and refund the amount being invoiced unallowed.
From Segpay even after the second try only the answer that my account will be cancelled by now, no reaction or answer on my question for refund. Not a very personal and trustworthy service I must say.
There is definetly better service and customer relation than that!
I am very satisfied with my experience I requested for my membership to be cancelled an to be refunded and the problem was resolved on the same day
I subscribed to a site but couldn't access it. Requested an account reset several times two days in a row but got no response. Escalation never contacted me either as stated. No reset email was ever sent. Compared to a similar issue with Fubo TV which the account rest took all of about 1 minute to restore access, the difference was clear as night and day. Segpay was responsive and did the right thing to resolve the issue.
You did not address at all the point I put to you that you have a security breach at Segpay, which is allowing credit card details to be divulged for fraudulent transactions.
Telling me that my subscription has been cancelled is irrelevant.

I need to be clear about something.
Please stop telling me this is my credit card company. I was on the phone with my fraud department while attempting the transaction. They reset the fraud flag four separate times while I was on the call. I ran the charge again immediately after each reset. It still failed.
This is not the bank.
I use this as a business account. I travel internationally and run transactions globally without issue. The only place I am encountering a problem is your website.
If the transaction is being processed through a foreign payment gateway, that is likely what is triggering the flag. Telling me it is processing "in America" when the backend processor may be elsewhere is not accurate.
This is clearly a system or payment gateway issue on your end.
Why do you not offer Apple Pay or another secure wallet option? A tokenized payment method would eliminate cross-border flagging issues entirely.
Please escalate this to your technical or payment processing team instead of redirecting me back to my bank again.

Received mail saying that technical glitch not received money but it was debited from account and also I send transaction successfully screenshot. I didn't receive money back or tokens. I checked my bank also given transaction details saying the transaction is successfully done. So it is credited to the account which you provided QR code.
I must apologize I made a mistake. I owe you the money. I will get you the money back.

If you do not debit my account from now I'm paralympics satisfied.However please check if the monthly amount of €30.40 was to high.
I was erroneously charged for a subscription that I had cancelled prior to the renewal date. I was told at that time it was a onetime payment. I would not be charged. Turns out I was charged on the expiration date. You folks had it handled within hours. The charge was credited back to my account and all is good.
