I sent 2 emails, and replied to 2. When I click on a video to watch, the new screen shows a circle. In addition, downloads working are haphazard. There has been NO experience as NO ONE has acknowledged my concerns. REMOVE my subscription and any sites attached to *******@yahoo.com and/or username = critthunter

Cancelled transaction

I tried to register an account and failed. I requested a refund and promptly received one for £49.54.
Now I find that a second payment (of £49.54)has been debited from my bank account today. Naturally I require this amount to be refunded

I've asked and provided information requested, and still my subscription, which I have no idea what it's too, I was charged as recently as yesterday. I've been trying to stop this for a month so do me a favor and cancel my whatever subscription. It shouldn't be difficult. It's the only one you have with me and I'm pissed.

Prepaid mastercard

The prepaid Mastercard I purchased will not allow a payment to SegPay, doesn't matter who you call, they refuse to authorize it, therefore you can not use a prepaid Mastercard, like advertised.

Subscription error correction

I enrolled in one service but got notified that there was a second enrollment. I sent and email and called to cancel the second subscription and both were responded to almost immediately. The second service was cancelled on the spot. Well done!

I was very pleased with the very quick response to cancel two unwanted subscriptions. It is very annoying when sites automatically subscribe you to other sites. I think this amounts to sharp practice and I would urge Segpay to remove service from sites that do this

I Got It Finally I Hope

Re: Last Chance Sale
No mention of limited site availability in ad. Finally... I realized that was my first mistake! Next, I realized there was no obvious way to add funds. Thus I clicked on JOIN and received a message that "You Have an account". Just tell me please how to purchase a 3 month subscription.
If I wait out the remainer of the 24 days, then I can rejoin. There must be a button or something somewhere I don't see.
This site works for me. I appreciate all of you letting me in.
