The part I received was an earlier version of the receiver unit. The description claimed that it fits vehicles within my vehicle's manufacture time frame, but the unit I received was an earlier version and there were software upgrades since then.

I got my delivery within a week! I would have liked to received any updates but other than that my experience was great.
The pictures and description lead me to believe I would receive a full back window, both quarter glass and door glass. Only received door glass.
Mice got in and ruined the radio as the car had set for 6 months. Got her up and running and the smell out and now fresh tunes, all good!
I received the incorrect part, did not fit my car model even though the description stated it would. I requested a return but everything is done through email. Requesting many pictures of outside the box, labels, part, they're also requesting my VIN number. I can't speak to someone on the phone, I honestly wouldn't have purchased if I knew the possibility of a return was going to be this tedious. Paid a nice amount for shipping and even though the error was on their part- I'm almost certain they're also going to charge me to ship it back, loss of money. Wouldn't recommend

To me just give the people a eta on there part they bought. Then wondering if they got scammed.
No one to talk to. Email or AI. Received what I ordered in reasonable timeframe. Little to no customer service or updates. Did not respond to request for additional info on ordered item. Requested a phone call was informed that was not possible

2016 Honda CRV LX with 195K miles. Passenger side sun visor broke. Ugh. Honda is mighty proud of their original replacement parts (to the tune of $400 for the driver's side sun visor. Hmmm.). So, I started perusing E Bay for a used sun visor. Yours was listed - and I purchased it. It arrived a few days ago. I made an appointment with the Honda dealership and they installed it, no problem. When that happens, the card companies place a hold for that amount onto your account. They typically take 3-5 business days to remove that hold. Since no transaction was completed for those, you will not see a refund for those. The holds will just be removed by the card company.
