It seems that currently I am only able to make a purchase via a mobile device, and not from a desktop. There seems to a code issue with your desktop purchase setup.

I've tried other custom framing services, but the key word is "tried." Frame USA has the easiest interface, where you can easily put the exact size of the art, get the mat, pick the frame, preview it all, without a whole lot of fuss or not feeling sure it will be right. And on top of that, the frames usually end up costing a fraction of what other companies charge. For example, I just purchased a custom frame for $40 that, for the same size, without a mat, I was seeing for $80+ elsewhere.

I ordered a frame with a frame opening of 23x33. What I got was a frame with an opening of 22x32. They will not accept a return because it was a special order. I cannot display a world map in this frame because the opening is smaller than the map and cuts off some islands. Would you be happy with a frame that cuts off family members in a family photo? The opening is supposed to be the visible area, not the size of the backer board. Find a reputable frame maker that adheres to industry standards. I'm disgusted with frame USA. You will be too.

Ordered two frames, received one incorrect frame. When I contacted customer service, they immediately sent out the correct replacement frame and let me keep the spare.

I reached out to ask a question about my new order. I wish they wouldn't cancel my order without letting me know. Very disappointing. I told the rep not to cancel but they still did? Didnt offer to help the situation either. I am bummed. I followed up over two weeks later to ask when my order would shipped and that is when i found out it was cancelled. This was a disappointing experience overall. Now i have to reach a 100 character limit, lol. I explained the situation. That's all. Better customer experience next time please.
