I got all the cards I wanted in 2 days, and they were made exactly as I wanted them, and not to mention just how easy it is to use their website.

We needed to find a printer asap and once I located them, they stepped up to the plate. They did everything I asked and more. They helped me re-create the form I needed plus and completed my requested updates. I greatly appreciated everyone that I worked with from the first call to the last. I will be doing business with them again...

I have printed quite a few things with uprinting over the years, and it continues to be the best option for me. I've printed with other companies - but the quality and customer service don't ever seem to stack up. And uprinting's shipping is the best, fastest and cheapest. They've never let me down.

UPrinting helped me print the most beautiful specialized boxes for my niece's Quinceanera. I love how easy it was to upload my design and arrange it to fit my box. The best part is the proof before you finalize your work. I love that they make sure your art work is perfect so that when you get your items they look AMAZING!

We had some questions on the different levels of quality for some flyers. The customer service team sent us a sample booklet of all the different levels of products offered so we could see and feel the difference. The packet allowed us to make the best decision possible. After placing our order the products got here sooner than expected, even during the holidays. This is our 10th order with Uprinting in the last year.

I ordered a backdrop for my 50th birthday party. It arrived quickly HOWEVER, it was on the wrong color canvas and was blurry. It cannot be used. I contacted customer service and they refuse to correct or refund, they want to give me a credit for future use, as if I would use them in the future. See pics attached. I ordered a yellow banner for my House Party themed birthday. They sent an Army Green blurry product and refuse to take accountability
What is ordered vs what i received

I had a great experience with UPrinting customer service while navigating the website and placing an order for a custom banned order. My banner came in the mail right away and it is beautiful. Color matching is spot on. LOVE IT!

I designed and then purchased two car magnet signs from UPrinting. I submitted the design on Oct 21st, approved UPrinting's interpretation on Oct 23rd, and it was delivered on Oct 30th. This simple/complete project cost 70% less than the re-interpretation fee (JPEG to vector file) quoted by a local business; I did not get a quote for the final product.

I have used UPrinting before at several companies. For some reason this order for this company seemed to be the most difficult to discuss with the UPrinting team and get right. 1 of 3 items arrived today. Waiting on the other 2. The one that arrived, was not what I expected. The color is pretty far off from what I sent, different than the proof, and different from what was communicated to support. The picture does not do it justice. I do not have much confidence that the other two items will be correct, and I have a feeling that the higher-ups will want me to find another company going forward. I used to love UPrinting. Never had an issue in the past. Not sure why this time was such a different experience. Disappointing.

I ordered only 25 hangtags they are saying I got to wait 3 weeks weeks no faster turnaround to receive my order

My postcards are nice, I was under the assumption they would be sent out sooner. Some of the postcard arrived after the women left to come to the conference.

When I received my 8 x 8 backdrop, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It looks great my guest really enjoyed taking photographs with the backdrop. I added a felt red carpet that I purchased on Amazon.
