The detail and measurements process was impressive. You realize the product is really being customized to fit. It took two additional communications to solidify measurements before production (in addition to submitting pictures. It was worth the additional effort.
I was under the impression that I was buying a cover made in Georgia but it was made in India. The cover is very nice but I like to keep my business stateside.

Cushion we ordered were to replace our outside furniture. To buy a new set form the supplier was £3k plus!
The design process was easy with covers all. Checking the dimensions, zip placement edges and corners. They were also able to add the hanging loops on that ye originals had.

A UK website selling products manufactured and shipped from India but sold by Covers & All USA. Delivery was not advised as being from India. UPS did not attempt to deliver to the delivery address. UPS did not advise that parcel was at a collection point. Parcel is held for only a couple of days making it difficult to collect in time. With such awful delivery service I would not use this company again.

Required signature, so arranged for Walgreens pickup site. FedEx has had it for 6 days and still no delivery to pickup site. Why was a signature required, that seems to have impacted the delivery. The ordering process was great.
