Not a Great experience

I placed one order (COV**************) on 2/22/26. I then placed another order (COV**************) on 3/2/26. The second order was fine. The first order I have yet to receive, it appears to be stuck and not proceeding through the workflow when I click on view more details. I have reached out to customer service twice and they still have yet to provide me a valid response.

Why I chose this business:
I took a chance on Covers & All, not a great experience. Not sure I will ever order from y'all again unless you can turn the experience around.
My experience with customer service:
When I explained the issue to customer support this was their response. "Hi Michael, We hope you are doing well! In response to the above email, I acknowledge your query regarding the order delivery. We wish to inform you that I notice the order is in the process of being dispatched, and once we've shipped your order, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information at your registered email address. Delivery by Fri, Mar 13, 2026. Your satisfaction is our top priority. For a quicker response and immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team via chat. Regards, Captain Paxton Customer Support On Sat, 7 Mar at 5:28 PM , Michael D Bloom <[email protected]> wrote: This order seems stuck at "Processing" and has not moved through your workflow. Can you look into when I should expect this? Thank You Michael Bloom I responded to this email a few times explaining the issue in more detail but haven't gotten a response. There seems to be an issue with order COV54435791771766914. I even asked for it to be cancelled and I can order it again but at this point I might go with another company due to so many issues with this order.
