When I explained the issue to customer support this was their response.
"Hi Michael,

We wish to inform you that I notice the order is in the process of being dispatched, and once we've shipped your order, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information at your registered email address.
Delivery by Fri, Mar 13, 2026.

I responded to this email a few times explaining the issue in more detail but haven't gotten a response. There seems to be an issue with order COV54435791771766914. I even asked for it to be cancelled and I can order it again but at this point I might go with another company due to so many issues with this order. The experience has been terrible so far, depending on how you handle this issue will determine if you get future business from me.
