Purchased 2 dresses for my wife. She was not pleased with the way they looked on her. I followed return instructions and received a reply offering a 10% price reduction if we kept the items. I replied that she would not wear them and again received an updated offer of 30% off. I denied and again stated that a refund was what I asked for. A few days later I received a 50% off and again stated no. Then a few days later I was sent instructions tgat i was responsible for return postage, and where to send the items. The address given was not 100% correct but I was able to obtain the full address. They required a picture/copy of the receipt showing the tracking number, their address as the recipient and the weight or refund may not be honored. I did so and a few days after it was delivered I was sent a notice they received it and would advise status of refund after inspection of the items. Again, a few days later I was advised refund to my credit card was issued. 2 weeks of aggravation and trying to get me to accept something I did not like means never again!
I ordered an item that was out of stock. If it's out of stock, I should have been told before ordering. Most websites won't even let you order an item or at least advise you that the item is out of stock before ordering. I would have waited to order if I knew it was out of stock. Now I'm out my money and not given any specific date as to when it will be available

This dress is great quality and arrived just as pictured and expected. It's a sturdy fabric and equivalent to quality you would find in a boutique or department store, not flimsy as some online orders can be. The fit is flattering, although I found sizing to run a bit big and next time would go smaller.
I ordered some jeans they didn't fit properly. The challenge to return and exchange them for the right size was huge. First I was offered a $10 credit and keep the jeans which makes no sense. Why would I wanna keep jeans that don't fit. Then I was told it couldn't be returned because I bought it through PayPal and they can't credit PayPal. That makes no sense either so I was expected lose almost $40.

Order a gift for my daughter in law, the top was very large, the bottom very small. The material was horrible. I tried to return, I would have to pay for shipping or they offered me only 10% money back. I said that was unfair, they offered 30%, I request a shipping label and full refund, as it should be, they said No, and gave me 40% money back. I have bought from them before, it was a long time ago and didn't have any issues. But, seems they have changed now, I will not buy from them again. Buyer beware

Not great. I wanted to exchange or return and someone said the most I would get back was 13.89 and now I'm stuck with a outfit that doesn't fit
The pink outfit pants are not it. The crotch is way to long. If you pull the up to fit, they are way to high. If you don't pull them up you are very restricted, and it just don't look good. The coat is a hit though.
Strangely, the delivery was unreliable, and the few updates I received resulted in my package being left on a lobby floor after several days of searching. It was found unattended, and ultimately someone found it and thankfully returned it to me
My order took longer than expected to come. When it did come, one of the tank tops was a size small while the other two were mediums. I had placed an order for a medium. I also placed an order for at least one of the tank tops to be blue as that was one of the choices. They sent me colors that I did not choose. Not happy with the order at all.
The product is very cheap (straps broke immediately upon trying it on) and their customer service is awful. They refused my return request and only offered a 10% discount on a new purchase from them! As if I am going to to buy something else! Avoid at all costs!
The 2 shorts outfits were good. The dress was unsatisfactory no lining just one piece of thin cotton material, sizing was not good at all. Didn't know how to send back so actually lost money on the dress as I would definitely not wear it due to the sizing and quality.
The dress is very beautiful the color is so nice im 130 pounds and I order medium size it fits perfectly and rhe pants and the blouse I order small fits just right. The fabric is nice too.

I ordered in january. We are march 7th and I still don't have it. I wrote several Times and they told me I would receive it, but nothing yet. I tried to call and it hangs up after 20 minutes, like no one is meant to answer.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
