Sweater is a 10, it's soft, flattering and runs big. I bought a medium which fits perfect but I normally wear a large.
Hard to know which size to get. Have gotten large in couple things and xl in others. And some of the xl is a little tight where the large was fine in the other items I got. Seems tops specifically run a little small.
The size is not true. The material is not a good grade. I tried to return it and was told that the company would not refund my money.
I paid for my order on 18th January & have still not received my items Or a full refund despite several emails & requests I have nothing except emails from every Customer service saying my order is on the way & sending me Tracking numbers that do not exist. Its the worst experience ever, I have posted on Face book how bad this company is & apparently there is a few dissatisfied people.

I bought three summer dresses and they were delivered quickly. The dresses are of great value and quality the fit is perfect.
I really like the black top with see through sleeves and the lined tights, the big sleeved white top with blue flowers is way to low in the front and will not work for me. How can I return it?
So this is the fourth outfit that I purchased from Chicme, and I have had some weight loss and needed to drop down sizes, but the outfits are just so nicely made and fit well.
Excellent t shirts that fit me perfectly - except for the paper tags on the inside on the left side of the shirt. They're so itchy and irritating. I've tried cutting them off but you can get the whole tag without implicating the stitching holding the shirt together. Almost perfect.

I bought two items and they were too small, so I returned them. They ask you a ton of questions, and on top of that, you have to pay for the return shipping. I paid $21. I'll never buy from them again. Bad experience.

My order never arrived. I am not able to request a refund as the order was never filled. Horrible experience, do not recommend. Can not unsubscribe form their site so still getting emails that just continues to infuriate me.

I bought 2 items from this company and it ran really small and very poor quality. I attempted to do a return. First the company sends me an email asking if they gave me back 10% I could keep the item. I said no why would I want items too small. Then they emailed and offered 30% back and I could keep the item. Again I said no. Now they send me a email saying I have to pay for it to be sent back. They still have not sent me a return label. This company is impossible to deal with. Save yourself a headache and do not buy from them.

I made 2 separate orders both of which were charged to my card. However, they would not ship the orders, saying they required me to email photos of my credit card (which no sane person would do). I ultimately got refunded, but was out the money for more than a week.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
