The online rental/skip the line process was flawless! What made it even more awesome was the long lines at the counters, prob due to spring break.
Has a reservation with another car rental company at the same location. Was in line for about 30 min, then they didn't have the vehicle type I reserved. Tried to sub with an SUV, but I needed a minivan. I was allowed to cancel.
Looked online for a minivan, Alamo was first on the list with the best price.Took less than 15 min to reserve on the spot and get into the right vehicle.
Employees were welcoming and helpful. The process of pick-up and drop-off was quick and seamless. Car was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the dashboard alarmed for oil change/service due, which made me worry that we could run into potential issues, but the car itself drove fine for the 3 days we rented.

We rented a Pacifica because we had 6 passengers to transport from the airport. Our passengers and all of the luggage fit easily. The vehicle was brand new and worked out perfectly. The Alamo agents, at both ends of the transaction provided excellent customer service and helpful information for our trip.

Hard start learning car. Could not stop the transfer to stop killing engine at lights. Finding plugs for phone navigation because car wanted a joining a service or I could not use syncing. Curtis was very helpful when returning

Great experience quickest pickup I ever had easy drop off. They also called me and asked if there was any issues while I had the car. Car was clean and ready to go.

Simply put, at least in Indianapolis International Airpot, the Alamo team was every nice and efficient. Quick to give checkin, deliver the car, and dropping off the car.

A smooth experience to start off a vacation. A nice choice of vehicles that were clean and spacious. They even honored the second driver that AAA would've given us.

The vehicle was great, very clean and drove wonderfully.
However, the customer service is what won us over. Bria was the name of the woman working whenever we picked the car up. I had just lost my dad and was fighting to hold my tears in while waiting in line. Bria was so comforting and bubbly and was exactly the person I needed to interact with that morning. She went above and beyond to help with getting us a good vehicle and to make the morning as smooth as possible for us. She even came from behind the counter and gave me a hug when I told her what was going on. I will never forget her and her kindness during such a difficult time.
The drop off process was easy and seamless as well. Overall, a great experience!
