No gift card received

I had returned 2 pair of boots that didn't fit within the time limit. I was informed that credit would be available when I ordered again. Hadn't needed anything new until after 90 days later. I had saved all emails from 'Woman Within' and had not received a gift card but I had been told it would be a credit on my account so did not worry about it. When I tried to order after 90 days there was no credit available. Spoke with account complaints, I was told that a gift card had been sent and if I hadn't received it and it was passed 90 days they could not honor the supposed credit. They said that they could not re-issue the credit because the AI erases all info regarding credits after 90 days. I lost because of this. I will not be ordering from this company again!

Women Within, One Stop Plus, Roman's, Catherine's Avenue, Jessica London, and other online venues are owed by the same corporation. Many of these sites sells the same items at different price points, causing so much confusion.

I've been a customer of several of the (above-mentioned) sites for more than a decade. I've ordered the same size for that time. I have always accessed my account by using my email address & password, which is exactly what I did for my most recent order of"7-Day Knit Pants" at $9.99 each. This time, however, I responded to an ad found in TV Guide. (These pants were more expensive if one went to Women Within or one of the sister companies mentioned. I had to use a discount code that was included in the ad.

Unbeknownst to me, the discount code activated some internal mechanism & my order was removed from my account history and placed elsewhere. I couldn't find my order. Customer service couldn't find it either - despite the email confirmation the company send me. A customer service supervisor did find it, I reached the supervisor after 8 agents were unable to assist, hung up on me, ghosted me, or refused to escalate my call(s).

The items arrived & they didn't fit. I have more than 35 pants & tops WW, Roaman's, & Jessica London - all the same size. Too often, the company was unable to send the item I ordered due to it being sold out of the specific color - size I ordered, so I got a refund. I didn't want a refund this time, I wanted a smaller size (and would accept any of 10 colors the company offered). The end goal was simple - exchange my items for a smaller size instead of being forced to get the refund. I didn't realize how impossible that was going to be.

2 weeks into my efforts to email, phone & use the communication link within the WW site, I was no further along in my efforts to return this. I couldn't return this until I had a confirmed return request. The idiots couldn't find my order despite my possession of the merchandise & the email confirmation of the order. None of the many employees (agents, mgmt, etc.) contacted were able to vocalize the info on where my order was being stored. Why was my order (which did appear in my account history - briefly - before being removed by human or AI - MOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT HISTORY? And why did no agent or manager have a clue?

I want to add that the first thing I did after failing to have any of the many WW agents be of any help at all - was to go on site & use the WW contact form on its site. I mentioned the name of each agent & what they did (ghost, block, hang up, etc.). I received an email telling me to write to an address that was supposedly an escalation team. I did & that individual or group was worse than the people I already dealt with. They ignored my original & follow-up request to explain the bad treatment received from the rogue agents nor did I get a response by my order was moved nor any cooperation about returning my items for a smaller size. I was afraid that, without intervention, I'd get an autorefund and no response for my request for even replacements of pants in a smaller size & the same or different colors of the pants I would return. I warn others who might be taken in by a discount ad from this company. This is not the way to treat customers that are to be retained. The only response here is to never shop again at any business owned by the parent company. I will gladly never buy from WW or any sister company again.

I bought 4 items in the wrong size. Confirmed with customer service about replacing identical items in one size smaller. Followed company directions and sent them back. Two items (pants remained at $14.99 when I bought them to when they were received back to when the company shipped replacements in the smaller size). Despite my offer of sending screenshots of all three times I checked, company charged me $2 more per item for the pants - even though they were never listed online for the higher price. Only when I threatened to report them did they credit my account back. Customer reps and supervisors were belligerent and non-cooperative. I was a loyal customer of at least 5 years before they pulled this. Never again. Also, they are not BBB accredited.
Update: I was encouraged after receiving an email response (on this site) from customer service, but was soon, again, disappointed by the lack of cooperation and the continued belligerence from the company's escalation team. No offer of proof or my side of the story was enough. It just made things worse. It's like the company went out of its' way to continue to alienate a long-term, once loyal, customer. I will never understand and accept that I won't order from them again.

I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY ONE STAR. MORE LIKE -10! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL BE SORRY! I CAN SEE WHY THEY ONLY HAVE A 1.2 RATING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Because of that I purchase my Christmas gifts throughout the year so that I get the best deals and all my purchases are paid for before the holiday.
I purchased a lot of items this year from this company. Three of the items ended up being, in my opinion, sized wrong. In fact, I purchased two pair of leggings at the same time; one fit my daughter fine. The other one she couldn't even get over her bottom. Had to be at least 2 sizes smaller than marked. An 18/20 cardigan was purchased; a few sizes bigger than my daughter's 14/16 size. She couldn't even get her arms through the sleeves. And don't even ask me about the jeggings. It was comedy hour seeing her try to get into a pair that was 2 sizes bigger than she normally wears and not getting once leg through. Those are the items that I wanted to return - just for size. I wasn't asking for any money back - just the same thing in larger sizes. But because I was thrifty and made purchases throughout the year - I was told that none of my items could be returned because of a 60 day return policy. Even though I told the reps they were Christmas gifts when I bought them and a rep the day after Christmas told me I could exchange for size. No refunds; exchange only. I was OK with that. But either that rep was lying, all the prior reps were lying, or they were just all incompetent, because today I was told NO! Their "SYSTEM" couldn't handle the returns. Convenient! I asked to speak to a supervisor but amazingly, none were available. Again, how convenient!
MY QUESTION WAS - WHAT ARE YOU LOSING EXCHANGING FOR SIZE? ANSWER - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So go ahead, let your "system" determine your customer service/customer relations rather than plain common sense. You'll pay on your bottom line in the end.

They stole my money.

I placed an order for $192.45.
They sent the package to South Carolina - I do not live in South Carolina. I never received what I ordered.
I contacted Customer Service 3 times. They told me I did live in South Carolina, and that I received the package. They refused to refund my money and would not send me the items I had already paid for.
I asked to speak to a Supervisor - there never was one available. They told me one would call me back. No one ever called me back.
They stole my money - I have no items that I ordered and they do not care at all.
I have never dealt with a company that refuses to honor logical terms of purchasing products - you place the order, you pay them, you receive your goods. For Woman Within, you place the order, they steal your money and they do not care if you receive the goods.

This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.

I am 3x plus size woman. 3x is a different size depending what country your clothing is coming from. The material is overly dyed and has stained the white plastic on my toilet seat and lid, the edges of my kitchen counters, my white painted vanity doors where my knees touch/rub the doors and inside of my clothes dryer is turning blue. The agitator of my top loading washer always has dye streaks after washing my clothing even in cold water and using Woolite gentle detergent. The tops are shapeless and thy pill quickly, the pants are poorly fitted. If I put the waist band of my petite pants on my waist the crotch hangs down to my knees.

Poor customer service! I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago. Everything I ordered was in a size Large. Their large sizes are actually 18/20 which swallowed me. I am in the process now of returning most of the items I ordered. They advertise a "One Stop" return process where there's no shipping charge, you simply take to the One Stop location and they handle the rest. They advertise an immediate refund. The inexperienced service rep advised me that I needed to take my package to the USPS and have them return it. I asked about the One Stop, preferably UPS and she told me that I would have to pay shipping if returning by UPS. Further, I would have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get my refund. Their enclosed card with the magazine does not indicate this. The rep failed to give me the correct location for using the One Stop method of returning the items, and insisted that I go to the post office. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service that I received and the delay that will be caused because I was not given the correct information. I had even agreed to accept an E-gift card although I would have preferred getting a check for the full amount of my return. I am going to complain to their Corporate Office about this misinformation and request a refund immediately, as promised.

Bust Darts!

I want a couple of button down, classic Oxford shirts. You used to have great ones. Now, you have these HUGE busy darts that look ridiculous. I have small breasts - the darts are atrocious! Please bring back something we all can wear.

An absolute scam
March 6, 2024

Received incorrect items in my order, called in to have the correct items sent out; and to return the incorrect items. Instead I was charged out a second time -the entire order AND extra things I did NOT consent to ordering. Spent an hour trying to get the exchange corrected, only to be told I needed to be charged a 3rd time and all the while being up-sold on other crap I did NOT want. I ended up cancelling the exchange ( never getting what I paid for and ordered the first time) and waiting to see if the charge falls off my account - if not, I am calling my bank. RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Plus everything they sell,you can get on amazon. Literal, brands and styles all can be found on amazon.

After waiting about a month for my order (the second time I had to ordered.) My first order was cancelled by Woman Within before it was even shipped.
I am happy with the ease of the return. I am even happier to return these trashy ill-made cheap clothes to Woman Within.
What happened to your quality? I have to say I no longer recommend Woman Within to anyone.
Your order apparatus is flawed and your goods are trash. Returning your merchandise is easier than order and for that thank you.

Everything wrong

These people are awful. They change the price from what is online. My dress is 84.99 and you click on it and they raised it to 129.00. Customer service is awful. I put a picture down there than once you click on those the price raises. And then it would've cost me $35 just to have my dress shipped to me that's ridiculous. Definitely going somewhere else

Rewards Fee?

I am happy with the sweatpants that I got but had no idea I was going to get charged and additional 16.95 for a rewards program that I NEVER signed up for and didn't even know existed. I cancelled the membership and will never order from them again. They sent me a catalog and I can't even find anything in there about an extra fee for a rewards program. Shady business practice for sure!

Worst experience

Placed a few orders, credit ran, go online nothing in order history…call customer service get a foreign rep likely India who says she can't check orders site is down and it has been for awhile. Company is shady and overcharges for shipping.
