The umbrella I received was damaged. It took days to reach a resolution with the documents they requested provided. Customer service finally made it right by sending a new one. I'm waiting for the replacement.

I purchased the Elvira car air freshener and loved it! The smell is cherry and it lasted for about two weeks but truthfully I really purchased for the design 🤭 it's so cute!
