My acquaintances have used apps such as Booking.com and AirB&B and have told me horror stories. I always use Trip.com for everything and have yet to have an unexpected issue with anything.

จนถึงขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน ต้องใช้เวลาจัดการกับโทรศัพท์เครื่องที่ใช้รับ OTP เครื่องดับจึงต้องเสียเวลาในการเปิดเครื่องใหม่ พอได้ OTP มาก็รีบใส่ในขั้นตอนการชำระเงินต่อ ใส่ OTP ยังไม่ทันจะสำเร็จ ทั้งๆ ที่เราเอาแน่ๆแล้ว แอปก็ยังรีเฟรชไม่ให้ไปต่อ ให้เริ่มใหม่อีกแล้ว กลับมาอีกทีราคาแพงขึ้นอีกแล้ว
ไม่เหลือเวลาให้มาเลือกหา รหัสลดราคาใดใด และดิฉันก็รีบด่วน ด้วยว่าลงมือทำใน Trip.com ไปแล้ว ก็เลยพยายามจะทำให้เสร็จ เพราะเวลาส่วนตัวก็มีจำกัด ไม่ได้ส่วนลดที่ควรจะได้ เสียหายไปเยอะ เข็ดเลย
This was my first time for booking an air-ticket from you. I was not very familiar about the information input at your web. By mistake, I did not pay attention to the first box of "pay if change the flight date" and did not click the second box of "change the flight date for free". I have been flying for over 50 years and 2-3 times per year. I have never change my flight date. But I dont know what will happen tomorrow. If I have an option, of course, change the flight date for free of charge is better than pay for the flight change. Therefore, I apologize for my mistakes. If you can change my flight date option from PAY to FREE of CHARGE. Your help will be highly appreciated and in return, I will keep on booking the air-tickets from your web and refer friends to you as well. No matter you will do this request for me, please reply. Business class booking – very poor support after schedule change
I am writing this review to share a factual and structured account of my recent experience with Trip.com.
We booked long-haul business class flights well in advance. The airline later made a significant schedule change, which required proper re-routing to maintain the original travel plan.
From that point on, the handling of the case was highly disappointing.
Despite multiple contacts over several days, the support team repeatedly referred to "airline policy" instead of providing a concrete rebooking solution. We clearly stated that a refund or a later departure date was not acceptable.
To help resolve the situation efficiently, we provided several specific alternative flights (including airlines, routes, and flight numbers). These were standard scheduled flights with reasonable connection times.
However:
The provided options were not properly addressed
Responses were repetitive and often copy-paste
Different agents gave inconsistent information
The case was said to be escalated, but no clear progress was communicated
At one point, we were even advised to monitor the situation ourselves, which is not what you expect after booking through a travel agency.
Ultimately, we were told that if the airline does not approve the change, the only option would be to cancel the booking and purchase a new ticket independently. This effectively shifts the entire burden and financial risk onto the customer.
Key issues:
No effective support after a schedule change
Repeated generic responses instead of case-specific handling
Lack of ownership and accountability
No practical solution offered despite clear input from the customer
This experience was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating, especially for a business class booking where a higher level of service is expected.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend booking directly with the airline rather than relying on Trip.com for important or long-haul travel.

I was aiming to book a ticket preferably through Trip.com due to its straight forward outcomes & reliability. I had to spend considerable time to flip between pages comparing prices from other platforms. However, I believe I got a competitive priced ticket with better facilities through Trip.com. When we booked flights online through Trip, the system opened a new account, which is a stupid process because it didn't ask me for my existing account details.

Easy to book. There is no forcing to upgrade whatever your booking was, unlike PAL, you can not go on with your booking without upgrading your flight.

This was my first time booking with Trip.com, and I can guarantee it will be my last. Absolutely terrible experience.
Due to a recent war conflict, my flight was cancelled, and I needed to cancel my return ticket. Since I booked it through Trip.com, it turned into a complete nightmare. They simply refused to cancel my return ticket, even though I reached out well in advance (more than 15 days before).
Their customer service is useless. Every time I contacted them, they just kept hiding behind their "company policy", policies that no normal person even notices while booking. This feels completely intentional, like they rely on customers missing the fine print so they can avoid helping later.
What's even worse is the blame game. Trip.com kept saying the airline (Pegasus Airlines, in my case) wasn't allowing the cancellation, while the airline clearly said it was up to Trip.com. They just kept pointing fingers at each other instead of actually solving the problem.
In the end, nothing was done. No cancellation, no support, no accountability.
So here's my advice: DO NOT trust Trip.com. If you still decide to book with them, be prepared to read every single word of their terms and conditions like your money depends on it, because it absolutely does.
Terrible service. Zero support. Never again.

Your site should propagate the current day it is being used, not the following month. I changed the dates, had to leave the site and when I came back I ended up purchasing the wrong dates. This has cost me considerably and I probably won't use your site again.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
