The cactus took longer than expected to arrive but I wasn't in a hurry. When it arrived it was well packed and in great condition. My only issue was the way it was shipped required me to remove the plant from the pot entirely to remove the packaging which sucked and there wasn't enough soil to replant the cactus. Luckily I had some on hand. The cactus just was not shipped potted with an appropriate amount of soil I would have had to add more even if I would not have had to repot it to remove the packaging.
I ordered a jungle's worth of plants for a new office. The plants arrived in good health in attractive planters. They've transitioned well to their new home and I'm ordering two more hanging plants.
I have sent several plants through Sill. Reportedly they arrive in perfect condition with the packaging being outstanding! That said, shipping is a little high but we are very pleased overall.

The online shopping experience is beautiful, professional, and slick. The packaging seemed nice but the plant itself came out of the package halfway dead. Brown sagging leaves, some of which fell off during unpackaging. Disappointing!

I took a workshop years ago - maybe preCovid and got a mini money tree. We've been through a lot together - lived in three states and got a curios puppy. My mini is now a big tree and I'm sure she/he/them brought me lotsa lucky. Love my money tree!
Bought a subscription for my in laws and I guess after all these years - bought my first sill plant about 6 years ago - that they would expand past pothos. Anyways, much of the options were out of stock to begin with so there's that. For $60-65 per plant this is premium pricing for an inexpensive small plant. So they receive order one in the only decent planter in stock. Then month two they get the SAME pothos - SAME boring planter. The one good note is how fast customer service acted to send a replacement of the correct plant - only now no planter! For their mistake at least include it - I know they're getting these at bulk pricing out of the states. Then month two plant arrives fine. Month three - they gets the exact same plant as month two and in the same exact planters as before. Not the plant described in the order. Just a mess. They replaced the third plant with a change of planter per my request. All in all - did we get 5 plants for the price of 3? Yes and that might be the only plus of the whole experience. Save money and uninspired, unoriginal options and find a local nursery.
My first couple plants arrived damaged but I was able to get replacements easily which is very nice
I wasn't sure what to expect when having a plant shipped to me, you always hear about them arriving damaged. My plant arrived perfectly intact. I appreciated the wet paper towel covering over the base to keep the plant soil in good condition during the travel. Very happy I gave The Sill a try!
I ordered faux plants and set them up I a dark corner of my home. Now the corner appears litter and with life!
This is, unfortunately, the second time i have ordered a plant and the pot came broken. However, both times, I have submitted a claim and received a new pot within a week. The customer service is always amazing.

Annoying that you're making me put 20 characters in this box when I'm trying to do you a favor confirming receipt.
My card was not attached to my order so the recipient didn't know who sent it for days until I reached out and asked if they got it yet. I had written a nice note and was bummed they didn't get it.
Ordered a plant as a gift in late January, and shipment got delayed due to the unusually cold weather on the East Coast USA. The Sill contacted me multiple times to inform me of the delay and was very communitive on the issue and delivery.
Very impressed with the shipped quality of the flowers with all blooms fully intact and protected. They were shipped with little hand warmers to keep the roots warm in case of cold weather. Brilliant!
Price increase before i even got my first order - first plant had bugs - very confusing platform going to cancel my subscription because i thought it would be nice to get a new plant every month but it has been expensive and annoying.

Good times with the new plant so far. I have a bit of troubles with insider thieves including the crazy maids who won't clean đź§˝ but instead steal and breed while the owner is away?!

I ordered a plant for my husband's birthday. I was a little concerned about the weather since in Illinois in late February/March is unpredictable. The box came with weather protection and also they waited to ship the plant until it was safe. Arrived and it is beautiful!
The plants are packed with care and care. They arrive in perfect condition…and the ceramic containers are gorgeous and without any damage.
My first plant in my subscription has passed away, but only because of my poor care. But when it arrived it was as gorgeous as the second one.
