Quick Efficient and a good price for a good product!

I love the round jute rug I picked out. It let me "see" what it would look like in my own kitchen/by taking a pic. Brilliant! Im excited to receive it. Thank you

I ordered 2 navy and ivory rugs, same pattern different sizes. I opened them and the larger of the two didn't look the same. Both rugs have a dark navy background and ivory diamond shapes. Except, the larger rug has muted ivory diamonds which is difficult to see. Is there anything you can do to fix this?

Purchase process was easy and quick. Technology to see rug in my room was easy to understand and use. Waiting for rug to be delivered before I can comment on quality and delivery experience.

suggested I change browser
went to Duck Duck Go. Could not get feature where you can see rug in my house on that site.
Finally got finished ordering 4 hours later. Hope I am happy with rug. Hate the on-line ordering experience

Rugs.com is very easy to use. Their selection is awesome and you have the ability to filter down to the exact needs for easier browsing. Their rug quality is terrific! I have ordered several rugs from them in the past and have never been disappointed!
