I found the rug I wanted quickly, got the particulars selected and got it bought and on the way to me in fast and easily.

The information on the website of each item is clear.
The quality is always as described.

I ordered 3 different sized rugs (one for my kitchen, one for the living room and one for the entryway). The website was very easy to navigate. I was also pleased with the selection.

Ordered a rug on Feb 14, never got notification of it being shipped and never got a tracking number. When I done online chat with them the rug had shipped on Feb. 17 by a company called GLS. Said it was to be delivered on Feb 23 and afternoon of Feb 25 I still have no idea where my rug is Don't think GLS even delivers to my area Have got no help from Rugs.com chat

Rugs.com has a feature where their software will insert a rug you are considering into a picture of your room. This made it very easy and quick to decide on the rug that best fits the area.

I went through 3 different payment methods before it finally like the one I picked, all using the same card. Great online product selection, terrible payment experience.

The website was easy to navigate and the product description and photos were clear and helpful. Finding the right size was also simple.

The turn around time always seems to disappoint - I have ordered from this site now twice; once a year and a half ago and once recently. Both times I kept getting a message of "high volume" and had to wait for shipment. I don't mind the longer turn around time, just be honest and let me know ahead of time. It seems a little bait and switch to me.

The process of ordering my two rugs was done in 10 minutes start to finish. I have dealt with this company before and have been very pleased with product.

I have bought 2 rugs. One was too big and was easily returned. I just order another one. The prices are so good I can change my rugs for different seasons.

Rugs.com changed the price on me. I put a rug in my cart, it was on sale, and the sale was supposedly going to end at the end of the weekend, I had to wait one more day to get paid and when I went to check out it was $10 more. This is very untrustworthy of them

It was easy to find a rug to fit our needs. There were many patterns from which to chose. Also, many of the patterns have a number of color options. All the rugs come in many sizes. The best things are the reasonable prices and the free shipping.

Easy website to navigate and love the ability to download a room picture and see the rug in your room. Good prices, free returns and nice selection of area rugs.

The filters work great to narrow down your search and I love the "try a rug in your room" option. Great experience! Great price!

In previous review I meant to say that I was not happy about not getting the discount I was entitled to, rather than saying I was happy about it.

Rugs look fabulous but you have an extremely frustrating website, which is why you only got 3 stars. I almost gave up (I had to go through the entire procedure twice!). But I found a rug with all the colors and the design I was looking for so I persevered. I just hope it meets my expectations.
